During the second week of Coachella, Hikaru Utada unexpectedly took the stage, returning to the festival after a three-year absence. Sharing the spotlight with Barcelona producer Arca, the Japanese-American vocalist mesmerized the crowd at the Gobi Stage through an energetic medley performance. Their setlist featured “Electricity (Arca Remix)” along with popular songs like “One Last Kiss” from Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time and “Passion,” the theme tune for Kingdom Hearts II.
In tandem with Utada’s performance at a festival, the official music video for “Electricity (Arca Remix)” has been made available on their YouTube channel. As for the future, Hikaru Utada is gearing up to unveil the much-awaited new single “Mine or Yours” on May 2.
