This week, as she celebrated her 33rd birthday, an influencer was seen heading to a fitness center on the Gold Coast, specifically on Wednesday.
It seems notable that Tammy was observed not wearing her wedding ring, and her husband Matt Zukowski was conspicuously absent.
Going make-up free for the occasion, Tammy flaunted her enviable frame in a plain black sports bra.
The gym garb showed off Tammy’s enviable six pack while also flaunting her ample cleavage.
Tammy paired her snug-fitting leggings with a figure-hugging top, both items were then worn with white socks and the leggings were rolled up inside them.
She completed her workout outfit with a pair of white New Balance shoes and a set of vibrant pink headphones, accentuating her radiant complexion.
Simplifying her belongings significantly, Tammy opted to forgo her diamond ring, instead carrying only a simple white gym towel and a water bottle bearing the word “Selfish” prominently.
Additionally, she held her phone in her hand and attentively navigated through its display while readying herself for the exercise routine.
On her own, Tammy seemed out of sorts, her face reflecting a sense of sadness, despite clearly being comfortable.
As a lifestyle expert, I couldn’t help but notice the intriguing buzz surrounding Tammy’s recent Instagram posts celebrating her birthday. Interestingly, her husband, Matt, was notably absent from these joyous moments, both physically and in the comment section.
Last month, Matt was followed and then almost immediately unfollowed by Tammy on Instagram, following reports of her being seen crying. This suggests a possible change or confusion in their relationship.
A Facebook chat group named “Tea Time” posted a screenshot from an Australian YouTuber’s Instagram account, implying that Matt’s username was missing from the list of individuals she follows.
The caption read, ‘Off we go once more,’ indicating a past pattern where the pair had removed each other from their social media accounts.
The post stated that Tammy Hembrow no longer follows her husband on social media and has deleted some photos featuring him.
Previously, Tammy repeatedly stopped following Matt, age 29, and subsequently removed various photos showcasing them as a couple from her account. Later on, she resumed following him once more.
In 2023, the Love Island alum reached out to Tammy via direct messages, leading to their first meeting, and they got married a year later in a beautiful wedding ceremony held in Byron Bay.
However, her recent social media move has fans questioning the state of their marriage.
Tammy’s Instagram now shows that she has re-followed her spouse.
On multiple occasions, the fitness influencer has chosen to both stop following and then resume following her partner on social media platforms.
In October the previous year, their decision to momentarily stop following one another on social media fueled rumors about potential issues within their relationship – a move happening only a month before their scheduled wedding.

Before that, the pair briefly unfollowed each other on social media in April last year.
At the given moment, neither one appeared in the other’s Instagram posts, fueling speculation that their relationship might be facing difficulties.
