As a dedicated gamer, I’m thrilled to share that on the 13th of May, 2025, Supercell will be rolling out an update for their epic game, Squad Busters. A tantalizing sneak peek called “Squad Up” will drop earlier on May 10 to whet our appetites. To keep the anticipation high before then, we’ve got a limited-time event going on in Squad Busters called “Squad vs Monsters”. Let’s see who can conquer the beasts and rule the game!

Team up to defeat monsters and unlock milestone rewards in Squad vs Monsters

The event is scheduled from April 22nd through May 2nd, 2025. Additionally, you can follow a special countdown calendar for updates, which offers daily login rewards as we approach the update. The calendar provides various rewards such as Coins, Gems, Chest Multipliers, and Hammers.

The “The Squad vs Monsters” gathering encourages participants to join forces and vanquish as numerous monstrous foes as they can. For every monster vanquished, the community earns points in their collective advancement, whereas if a squad member falls to the monsters, the monsters are rewarded with a point instead.

Additionally, you have the opportunity to engage in four distinctive themes with this game: Mega Boss Revenge, Mad Forest, Wacky Trolls, and Ice Spirit Invasion. These themes change every six hours, cycling through two different game modes at a time.

Over the next three days, I’ll be diving into the initial pair of game modes. The rest of the action kicks off later during the event. Any takedowns scored within these unique game modes will earn me triple the points!

Progressive achievements unlock at various stages: Achieving 60% progress rewards a Kaiju statue and 10,000 coins, attaining 80% grants a star chest, and reaching 100% either provides a special “damaged Kaiju” emote or 2,500 hammers for those who already own the creepy Kaiju skin.
