Farmer Wants A Wife: Two Contestants Spoil 2025 Season with Early Romance Posts!
The reality show, Farmer Wants A Wife Australia, started its new season on Monday evening with 16 women participating in a round of quick dates to capture the affections of two farmers from this year – however, a few heartbroken participants have seemingly revealed the finale’s outcome prematurely.
Last year, during the filming of the Seven series, Emmie-Rose Shore focused her attention on Farmers Tom, while Ellie Heazlewood zeroed in on Farmer Corey.
Prior to the 2025 season debut, the cast members prematurely disclosed their plot developments and admitted to having fallen in love outside of the show during filming, which was against the rules to share such information.
29-year-old fitness coach, Emmie-Rose, was instantly captivated upon first meeting farmer Tom, although his speed dating episode is still scheduled for broadcast.
Despite Emmie-Rose being eager to establish a family life, marry, and contribute to the farm, it appears their relationship wasn’t destined to last.
At the close of March, well before the premiere of FWAW, the ex-competitive bikini model announced that she had discovered love with her new partner, Alex.

Emmie-Rose uploaded sweet photos of the duo to Instagram with a red heart emoji and wrote: “My love.”)
In a further hint of their romantic connection, she recently added the track “Love Looks Pretty On You” by Nessa Barrett to one of her posts. This comes after she posted last week that she was looking for love on FWAW, suggesting they are in a relationship despite these recent declarations of seeking romance.
Ellie, the contestant aged 26, shared news about her recent romantic relationship online before her television show appearance, which she had not yet made public.
Gratefully, I found myself with minimal disruption during my departure from Farmer Corey’s farm in the initial episode, since the early childhood educator had little opportunity to influence things negatively.
Nonetheless, it became evident to spectators several weeks prior on the series that they knew her ultimate destiny, as she had shared a romantic message about her new partner Byron on social media in mid-March.
She posted pictures of the couple kissing, accompanied by a red heart emoji, in a shared Instagram album, expressing their love.
To strengthen their bond, Ellie and Byron have additionally included their names and initials in their profile descriptions.
In that single episode of FWAW, numerous of Ellie’s female co-stars swiftly showed their appreciation for her romantic post. Notably, Brianna Page added a red heart and the remark, “You two.

According to her agreement, Ellie posted about her episode appearance last week, expressing that she was seeking romance, even though she currently has a partner.
Her partner Byron playfully teased the post, commenting, “I’m curious if she’ll find success here.
In a situation where one of Ellie’s fans inquired about how Byron could be dating Ellie given that she was on the show, Byron humorously responded: “I’m stumped.
Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Seven for further comment.
