And if you manage to get in on the action, you’ll be delighted to hear that the entire beta period has been extended by nearly double the original time!
The group responsible for creating the game was exceptionally delighted by the number of players eager to register and trial the game. As a result, they decided to extend the deadline, aiming to provide maximum enjoyment for all participants.
When was the Rematch beta supposed to take place?
Initially, when the beta phase was first introduced, it was intended to only last for two days. The start date was set for Friday, April 18, 2025, with the end scheduled for Saturday, April 19, 2025.
Initially, it was assumed that participants would experience the event after subscribing to our newsletter. However, now you have an opportunity to express your desire to join via Steam. If selected, you’ll benefit from a significantly extended duration of participation.
New and extended Rematch beta date period
The team behind the game shared that approximately a million gamers registered for the Rematch beta trial, leading them to extend the closing date. What was initially planned as a 36-hour testing period has now been expanded, allowing players to experience the Rematch beta for a longer duration of 65 hours.
The beginning date for the Rematch beta remains as April 18 at 3 p.m. UTC. However, it will now end on April 21 at 8 a.m. UTC, which is almost double the initial duration. So, if you have a code, prepare for it, and remember that the app won’t appear on Steam until exactly two hours before the start time.
