Kris Lists Kardashian Family Home for $13.5 Million

29-year-old television personality and model becomes part of the cast, joining Huntington Schafer and Troye Sivan as representatives for Prada during their Summer Days debut event.
Kendall radiated with joy as she struck poses for the advertising campaign, standing on a petite pink watercraft in the open ocean, adorned in an alluring yet elegant outfit.
She highlighted her stunning physique in snug, crimson leather shorts, yet added a touch of delicacy with a loose-fitting, white blouse adorned with flowers.
In this ensemble, the Kardashian celebrity accessorized the style with sleek black and intricate knotted stiletto heels, along with a captivating brown-and-white cowhide Prada Galleria medium printed leather handbag, retailing at £4,150.

After Kendall and her sister Kylie strolled along Memory Lane, reminiscing, they visited their old childhood home for the final time.
69-year-old Kris Jenner, their mother, has put up the lavish home featured on Keeping Up with the Kardashians for sale.
The family matriarch is asking $13.5million for the 8,860-square-foot property.
Every individual bedroom came equipped with a private bathroom, and on Thursday, Kylie, aged 27, felt quite emotional while posting video snippets to her Instagram Stories.
In a brief excerpt, she expressed that she had fond memories of her bathroom growing up, as it featured a spacious black and white shower and vanity.
Later, she shared a video of her older sister’s bathroom and remarked, “Here is Kendall’s bathroom. Clearly, it’s quite different.
Kendall’s bedroom appeared to include a large walk-in closet.
Kylie Jenner, the founder of Kylie Cosmetics, posted a picture featuring a prominent black-and-white stairway, captioning it with, “Many cherished moments.” In another image, she shared a spiral staircase from a different area in her home.
In 2010, Kris purchased a luxurious home situated in the exclusive Hidden Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles for approximately $4 million. Over time, she invested significantly in renovations, amounting to millions of dollars. This was the residence where she lived with her former partner, Caitlyn Jenner (age 75), and raised their children, Kendall, Kylie, along with Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Rob Kardashian.
When Kris and Caitlin finalised their divorce in 2015 she put the housed in a family trust.
In February, the family matriarch told The New York Times, “I’ve created countless cherished moments in this remarkable home with my loved ones, and I can’t wait to witness its next phase as a new family begins their journey here.
The main area offers a relaxing spa ambiance featuring a steam shower bath, a personal fitness room, and a balcony offering scenic views of the estate.
Externally, the house boasts immaculately maintained gardens. The pool region exudes an inviting ambiance, featuring a waterfall at one end and a hot tub at the opposite end.
There’s a spacious outdoor dining spot that can accommodate everyone in the family and several additional guests, complete with an outdoor lounge area boasting a cozy fireplace for those chilly nights.
In recently published videos by E!, the matriarch was seen having breakfast at that location with a few of her daughters just before the series concluded in June.
The mother of six expressed her fondness, saying to Khloe, “I really enjoy being here,” while preparing bacon for them both in the kitchen. She added, “This place holds a special spot in my heart.
She mentioned that she is very familiar with all the hidden corners, the subtle sounds, and every squeak from the steps. She knows the pattern of the black and white floor tiles, the color of the countertops, and even the La Cornue stove in the room.
Kris has since moved to a lavish $20 million home Calabasas.
