Ex-Husband Demands Child Support from DeAnna Pappas After Shocking Arrest!

In a court filing pertaining to child support, DeAnna Pappas’ former spouse, Stephen Stagliano, disclosed her surprising income. This revelation has sparked quite a buzz among fans and observers alike.

According to reports, Stagliano requested a modification in their child custody arrangement following the arrest of The Bachelor star, who is 43 years old, in February.

According to the legal documents obtained by In Touch, he asked for $1,000 in monthly child support because he doesn’t earn any income.

I declared in court documents submitted to the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles on Tuesday, that my former spouse, who works as a flight attendant, typically brings home around $160,000 each year.

Originally, the ex-CEO of a gaming firm, aged 41, submitted a four-page report detailing his earnings and expenditures. This document indicated a significant shift in his financial status and mentioned that he is actively seeking employment at present.

He mentioned that his bank balances sum up to approximately $18,211, while his monthly expenses amount to a total of around $7,907.39.

According to the report, Stagliano stated in his filing that as of April 2025, he will have no income. He is currently job hunting, but DeAnna’s unpredictable work schedule and her alcohol consumption make it extremely challenging for him to find employment.

In previous court documents, Pappas denied having an issue with alcohol. 

In the filing made on Tuesday, Stagliano asked for Pappas to take an alcohol test or have monitored visits, depending on the situation.

Subsequently, the former reality show personality, famously recognized from seasons 11 of The Bachelor and 4 of The Bachelorette, faced arrest due to accusations of domestic violence following an incident involving her ex-partner during a child custody handover.

The incident, as reported, transpired as Stagliano retrieved their child, Addison, from Pappas’ residence.

During her arrest, Pappas penned a statement asserting that he had refused to depart from her garage and was collecting items before he allegedly pushed her forcefully when she challenged him.

After her apprehension, she made a request for a protective order against her former spouse in early March, while sharing her perspective on the interaction with Stagliano following his accusations.

Back in April, a post was made on Pappas’ Instagram Stories stating that she “was not responsible for instigating” the incident and “no criminal accusations were brought forth.

In her declaration, she mentioned that a temporary restraining order had been issued to her, but subsequently chose to retract it.

She mentioned that her actions were taken for the well-being of the minors, and to achieve a harmonious accord, thereby protecting them from extended disputes and unwanted attention.

Additionally, she made clear that any further manipulation of truth or intrusion into the children’s welfare will prompt a suitable legal action. It is crucial for Ms. Pappas to safeguard her children from additional distress and uphold their legally-recognized privacy rights.

Pappas concluded her statement: ‘This matter is proceeding appropriately through the legal system.’
