In the United States, action enthusiasts can now enjoy watching Jason Statham’s latest film, titled “A Working Man“, from the comfort of their homes, just under a month following its initial theater release.
On the 28th of March, the film titled “A Working Man” hit the big screens, marking a reunion between Jason Statham and director David Ayer for another heart-pounding action flick.
In a change of pace, Statham portrays Levon Cade, a former military black ops specialist, who decides to abandon his high-stress occupation and instead takes up a simpler life working in construction.
After his boss’s daughter gets abducted by human traffickers, however, Cade discovers a realm of corruption as he embarks on a quest to find the missing woman.
If you’re a fan of Jason Statham and Guy Ritchie’s style, you can now enjoy their action-packed movie! It’s currently up for purchase or rental on Amazon Prime Video within the United States.

The action film is still not available for digital viewing in the UK, and Warner Bros has yet to announce a specific digital release date for viewers on this side of the Atlantic.
Before the cinema release of “A Working Man“, opinions from both critics and audiences started flowing on social media.
As a fan, I can tell you that if you’re expecting “A Working Man” to be like “The Beekeeper,” you might want to hold off until the sequel arrives. But if you’re craving some “Reacher”-like fistfights with a hint of “Rambo” intensity and a dash of the action from “Hard Target,” Statham and Ayer certainly deliver. This pairing is electrifying; I really hope they produce something new each year!

Matt Neglia from Next Best Picture found this Jason Statham action movie to be one of his favorites recently, stating that it significantly surpasses The Beekeeper. In other words, it’s a big improvement over The Beekeeper.
At Digital Spy, we had a slightly different take. We found it a squandering of Statham’s skills, but we did acknowledge that Ayer managed to save the best for last by allowing Statham’s fists (along with plenty of gunfire) to carry the conversation in an enjoyable finale.
A Working Man is available to buy or rent from Prime Video in the US.
