Kim Kardashian Slammed for Letting 11-Year-Old North West Attend Coachella Alone

Critics have expressed concerns about Kim Kardashian, as she permitted her daughter North West to attend the Coachella music festival unaccompanied.

11-year-old daughter of Skims creator and Kanye West, posted a TikTok video on Sunday, flaunting her festival attire.

Accompanied by two friends, North began the video dressed casually in a grey hoodie and a miniskirt with plaid detailing over longer black shorts.

She carried her items in a luxury Balenciaga bag, priced at an impressive £1,800, and completed her style with a stunning makeup palette.

The youngster captioned the clip: ‘Coachella day 2.’

Some individuals expressed concern that Kim’s daughter might attend Coachella unaccompanied by Kim, as the event is for all ages.

In a now-removed Reddit post, someone raised the question: ‘Isn’t it unusual that 11-year-old North West attended Coachella?’

‘It seems rather conservative of me to say this, but I believe she’s still quite young for such mature fashion and makeup choices. And as for Coachella, I can’t help but wonder what thoughts might be going through Kim’s mind when she allows her daughter to emulate an adult in such a way.’

One person stated, ‘They wouldn’t be able to discern what is suitable for children unless it directly affected them – as if they were hit on the pillow where their head rests.’

‘Kim using Coachella as daycare is so funny to me though,’ a third added.

A fourth wrote: ‘Kim is eagerly anticipating the time when she can earn income from North. That’s what seems to be on her mind! I concur with the idea of remaining a child for as long as one can.’

Over the weekend, I didn’t show up at the festival, but it seemed like quite a few of the Kardashian clan graced the event with their presence.

At the event, Kendall and Kylie Jenner made an appearance, showcasing their branded alcohol products, 818 Tequila and Spriter. Notably, Kylie was spotted spending a warm moment with her partner, Timothée Chalamet.

In the crowd during his Saturday evening performance, even little Stormi, aged seven (Kylie Jenner’s daughter), was seen grooving to the music by her father, Travis Scott.

According to TMZ’s report, Stormi was seen dancing enthusiastically atop a crowd, being held up by a friend from the Kardashian-Jenner family circle, Fai Khadra, on video.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I can share an intriguing tidbit: I was informed by reliable sources that during the event, Kylie and her eldest little one found themselves nestled in the exclusive VIP backstage area, which was reserved particularly for Travis’ kinfolk and intimate companions.

Among those catching the show close up was fellow music star Justin Bieber.

Despite the cosmetics entrepreneur’s daughter appearing to enjoy the show, her and Travis’ young son, three-year-old Aire, was not spotted among the late-night revelers.

It’s been reported that although Kylie wasn’t noticeable in the video from Travis Scott’s performance on Saturday night, both she and her sister, Kendall Jenner, were actually present at the event. Kylie was hidden somewhere during the set, while Kendall hung out with her backstage.

She was reportedly holding hands with her daughter when Stormi wasn’t get held up above the crowd.

Instead of sticking near Travis, Kylie chose a superior vantage point later in the performance by allegedly departing from the VIP area with companions and security, moving back into the general audience.

According to reports by TMZ, Kylie and Travis seemed to be on good terms, despite the tragic Astroworld incident that occurred in November 2021. This event was one of Travis’s biggest performances since then. Interestingly, even though Kylie is currently dating Timothée Chalamet, she had a brief chat with her ex Travis backstage during this performance.

Kylie and Travis’ lives have been entwined since they began dating in 2017.

2018 marked a pivotal moment for me, as I found myself delving deeper into the extraordinary bond between this dynamic duo. That was the year their family grew with the arrival of little Stormi, their cherished firstborn, whom they welcomed into their world together.

But the stars split the following year, though they continued to work together to co-parent Stormi.
