Funcom developer has shared that the release date for Dune: Awakening is being moved back, as they’re incorporating adjustments based on feedback from beta testers.
It isn’t a huge delay. It was meant to come out on 20th May, and now it will come out on 10th June.
According to Funcom, with a little extra preparation time, they will be able to address more of the crucial feedback from their beta testers.
It continues:
We’re making a thoughtful choice here, understanding everyone’s eagerness to start playing. However, an additional three weeks will provide us with the necessary time to implement changes that will enhance your gaming experience right from the get-go.
I’m super stoked! Next month, we’re hosting a massive beta weekend for our game. Can’t wait to jump in and test it out with everyone!
Dune: Awakening is a colossal gaming experience. It offers multiplayer survival in an expansive setting, pushing boundaries in both gameplay and technology that have yet to be explored within this genre. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and impactful delivery.
