The Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon stars team up for sitcom finale

Actors Simon Helberg, who is known for his role in The Big Bang Theory, and Raegan Revord from Young Sheldon will make a special appearance in the final episode of the third season of the NBC comedy series Night Court.

A revival of the ’80s series, “Night Court,” features Melissa Rauch, known for her role as Howard’s wife Bernadette on “The Big Bang Theory,” in the part of Judge Abby Stone, who presides over cases at Manhattan Criminal Court during nighttime hours.

As stated by Deadline, characters Helberg and Rauch are expected to appear together in the final episode of the third season, which is set to air next month. It’s rumored that Helberg will make a surprising reappearance in a role that could significantly alter the storyline for Abby.

In the series, there’s been a reuniting of Rauch and Mayim Bialik, where they both appeared together, portraying an exaggerated version of themselves in a courtroom setting.

Last year, Night Court was swiftly renewed for a third season following the impressive viewership of its second season, which averaged 3.73 million viewers across Nielsen’s seven-day linear ratings, maintaining its position as NBC’s highest-rated sitcom.
