Monster Hunter Wilds New Plushes Include Uth Duna, Quematric, And Ajarakan

Summary

  • Capcom has continued to add more monsters from Monster Hunter Wilds to its plush collection.
  • Quematrice, Akarajan, and Uth Duna plushes have been revealed and are available for pre-order now.
  • The plushes are available to order individually, or you can buy them as a set.

Ever since Monster Hunter Wilds dropped earlier this year, it’s been a non-stop adventure! With such an enormous fanbase, I wasn’t surprised when they started rolling out some sweet merchandise. And guess what? Even those colossal, intimidating monsters we hunt make adorable plushies! Who knew, right?

As a devoted fan, I can’t help but express my excitement over Capcom’s ongoing transformation of Monster Hunter monsters into plushies! Over the past year, these adorable creatures have been making their way onto shelves gradually throughout 2024, giving us collectors a fair shot at amassing the entire series. This trend has persisted into 2025 with the introduction of the latest monster in Monster Hunter Wilds. Recently, three more additions to the collection have been unveiled and are now available as a set!

It seems that Hobby Genki has unveiled the latest plush toys, which are currently up for pre-order on their site. These adorable creatures hailing from Wilds are Uth Duna, Quematrice, and Ajarakan. Each one costs 2,580 yen individually, approximately $18, or you can opt for the set priced at 7,263 yen ($54). While there’s no discount, if you’re planning to collect them all, it might be more convenient to pre-order the set.

Three More Monster Hunter Wilds Monsters Have Been Turned Into Plushes

Welcome Uth Duna, Quematrice, And Akarajan To The Deformed Family

Unfortunately, you’ll need to pre-order the plush toys, as they won’t be arriving anytime soon. Specifically, Uth Duna, Quematrice, and Ajarakan’s plushies are expected to come on October 31, 2025. The term “deformed” in this context doesn’t mean damaged or flawed; it simply means the designs of these plush toys are noticeably different from how the monsters appear in the game.

The designs of the in-game characters might not naturally translate into cute plush toys. Even if Capcom were to claim their Wilds plushies are authentic, they would demand a significant amount of extra effort. Changing them to have a chibi (or deformed) style isn’t just easier for production, but let’s face it, I personally prefer the appearance shown above. They may not resemble their in-game selves, but they are still easily recognizable and will attract fans of Monster Hunter.

It seems that Capcom is converting groups of three monsters from Wilds into plush toys at a time. Recently, Uth Duna, Quematrice, and Ajarakan have been added to the Arkveld, Doshaguma, and Rey Dau designs that were unveiled last month. The Arkveld was always expected to be among the first Wilds monsters to become a plush toy due to being the game’s cover star, but just like this latest trio, it, along with the other plushes revealed alongside it, won’t be shipped until October.
