Jesinta Franklin Reveals Buddy’s Hilarious Sleep Talking Secrets: ‘He Yells in His Sleep!’

Jesinta Franklin has opened up about her husband Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin’s bedroom habits.

The subject, aged 33, was engaged in conversation with NewsCorp when she disclosed that the ex-AFL celebrity, who is 38 years old, enjoys being quite lively during intimate moments.

She said that Buddy loves nothing more than having a chat when he is fast asleep.

‘You know who is the biggest sleep talker? My husband,’ Jesinta shared.

Going one step further, Jesinta also revealed Buddy likes to speak at volume.

‘Yes, but he’s a sleep yeller,’ she said. ‘So I wake up and he’s like, “ah, ah, ah.”‘

Jesinta also remembered a specific occurrence where her husband may have been reenacting a victory from the field in his sleep, causing him to wake her up.

One time, he told me, “Grab the ball, hold onto it,” and I asked, “Are you alright?” Jesinta recalled.

After a post about her struggles with aspects of motherhood raised worries, Jesinta subsequently disclosed the design of her tranquil sanctuary – her bedroom.

Earlier this month, she posted a bathroom selfie on social media, showing her appearing fatigued and worn down while looking dejectedly at her phone.

She wore a long-sleeve gray tee and pajama pants, presenting a stark contrast to her typically glamorous appearance.

Jesinta titled the picture with somewhat disheartened words, saying, “I haven’t slept this little since our babies were newborns.

The Gold Coast-born model then revealed she was feeling overwhelmed by all her responsibilities.

She penned down, “She mentioned the following: children falling ill, frequent trips to the ER due to ear infections, an overwhelming amount of work, early mornings, and sleepless nights with the kids.

A shout-out goes to all the moms tirelessly present each day, remember to take care of yourselves. The past week’s juggling act has been incredibly demanding. She went on to say…

The model shares daughter Tullulah, four, and son Rocky, three, with her footy star husband

She has previously admitted that motherhood was extremely difficult for her at first.

She shared with Stellar in 2022 that she is now truly relishing motherhood, not because she disliked it before or didn’t adore her children, but rather because they have brought her an unprecedented level of joy and love.

Over the past two years, it seemed like I was deep in a challenging situation. That time was particularly demanding and tough on me. I was working so hard during that period.

For quite some time, I found myself operating on survival instincts. Now, I eagerly anticipate their awakening… I truly yearn for them during their naptime.

Jesinta admitted that, with their parental responsibilities, it’s been challenging for her and Buddy to find time for quality moments together.

‘A lot of people don’t talk about how hard it is on your marriage having children,’ she said.

‘We really haven’t had much time just us two without the kids, but we’re a very tight-knit family.’

She went on to say, “We strive to work as a unit and tackle issues jointly, and it’s clear that our approach isn’t flawless.” (referring to herself and Buddy)

Jesinta also praised her husband for being a proactive and doting father.

She expressed how much she appreciated Bud’s hands-on and supportive nature, which she sorely missed during his absence during the football season. She considers herself fortunate to be with someone who is such a fantastic father.
