Ryan Donnelly’s Niece ‘Stolen His Heart’

Married At First Sight’s Ryan Donnelly has posted a sweet picture of the new girl in his life.

In an Instagram post shared on Monday, the 36-year-old television personality – who danced with Jacqui Burfoot during the twelfth season of the program – posted a sweet picture featuring his charming niece.

‘Sorry ladies, little Wynter has stolen my heart,’ he captioned the post.

In the image, Ryan radiated pride as he cradled his niece, adorned in a frilly pink tulle gown with small red ribbons in her hair.

Ryan kept things casual in a white t-shirt and a silver chain as he carried his bundle of joy.

People flooded the comment area, expressing their admiration for the MAFS celebrity’s charming niece and suggesting that Ryan could make an excellent parent in the future.

His sister penned down, ‘My sweet child and Uncle Ryan,’ to which he responded, ‘You’ve created a precious stone together.’

Another person said: ‘Awww she’s so gorgeous.’

One fan commented, ‘What a wonderful compliment!’, further stating, ‘I have no doubt that you will be an exceptional father someday. You are truly a thoughtful and compassionate individual.’

‘Look at her little pigtails so cute !’ another gushed.

A few weeks back, Ryan left his fans surprised by sharing an old picture highlighting a significant change in his physique.

It became apparent that Ryan’s dedication to fitness and personal growth was more than fleeting when he appeared on the show. The Instagram picture he posted in 2021 serves as evidence of this enduring interest.

The photo was a side-by-side image that showed Ryan as a 16-year-old, next to a more recent shot.

16-year-old Ryan appeared almost unrecognizable, now boasting a headful of wavy chestnut locks and a noticeably transformed body shape.

In the picture, he was wearing a white sleeveless shirt and long board shorts, yet his distinctive, cheerful grin was unmistakable.

The juxtaposed image showed a gym-honed Ryan posing for a mirror selfie.

With newfound self-assurance, Ryan didn’t hesitate to display his well-toned abdomen and sculpted arms, proudly striking a pose in a snug pair of boxer briefs.

‘The 16 year difference,’ Ryan captioned the surprising image.

Look at that HAIR. It’s from a time during my awkward teenage years, characterized by poor posture, overly long board shorts, an odd phase of wearing necklaces, and an obvious lack of knowledge about fitness or self-assurance.”

“Check out that HAIR! It hails from a time in my life when I was an awkward teenager, sporting bad posture, baggy board shorts that seemed to stretch on forever, a peculiar necklace phase, and absolutely no clue about working out or feeling confident.

So far in my life, I have achieved the slimmest, strongest, and most disciplined physical form I have ever had, and I still have more improvement ahead.

Continuing this post, Ryan admitted to struggling with self-esteem and identity in the past.

In his own words, ‘Everyone’s unique path is distinct; mine took a lot of time to understand who I am, gain self-awareness, and heal my low self-esteem that had been affected.’ He added humorously, ‘Instagram wasn’t even around at the time!’

He rounded out his post with some inspirational words of wisdom.

He emphasized that one should have faith in energy and enthusiasm. If an idea strikes a chord with you, grab it, educate yourself about it, and stand firm against shallow judgments. In time, everything will be made clear.

The post drew numerous comments from fans, most of whom applauded the upcoming celebrity for his dedication.

‘From surfer boy to big daddy,’ one offered.

‘That’s progress my bro good work,’ wrote another.

A third summed up the sentiment of many.

‘You’re an inspiration!!!’ they added.
