2025’s OWCS Champions Clash is set to commence at the Hangzhou Esports Center, China, on April 18, 1 p.m. local time. Eight teams are gearing up for an epic battle, and the action will unfold through a double-elimination format. In the upper bracket’s quarterfinals, it’ll be winner takes all twice (Ft2), while the grand finals will demand victory three times (Ft3). The team standing victorious on April 20 will pocket the majority of the crowdfunded prize purse. As a gamer, I can hardly wait to see who will emerge triumphant!

In this upcoming esports competition, you’ll notice elements like hero vetoes and map selection. At present, these features are not yet available in standard Overwatch 2 gameplay. But fear not, enthusiasts will have the opportunity to witness their effects firsthand during Champions Clash 2025.

In North America (NA), NTMR secured the highest ranking following a hard-fought six-map victory over Spacestation Gaming. On the other hand, Virtus.pro remained unbeaten in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, although Al Qadsiah gave them a tough competition. In the Asia region of OWCS, Team Falcons, champions of the 2024 world, earned the top spot after an intense six-map match against Crazy Raccoon.

It remains a mystery which Overwatch 2 esports team will claim victory at the OWCS Champions Clash 2025, but eager fans can catch every moment of the esports competition live on Twitch.
