Olivia Attwood’s Daring Optical Illusion Leggings Leave Fans Guessing: Is It Face or A?
Olivia Attwood flaunted her figure in trick-of-the-eye leggings, boasting about her favorite purchase by jokingly saying, “My side view is the best thing I’ve ever bought.
33-year-old TV host, who has had multiple non-invasive cosmetic treatments throughout the years, displayed her defined jawline and exuded style in striking black-and-white illusion leggings, while standing in her luxurious hotel room suite for a photo shoot.
She matched her snug leggings with a sleek, black short-sleeved top. She pulled her long blonde hair back into a fashionable clip to show off the outcome of her recent chin liposuction, which cost approximately £2.5k.
One spectator asked for clarification about what she meant by the term ‘peachy’, querying if she was talking about her face or her backside, stating “I’m puzzled… is it the face or the bottom?
Olivia replied: ‘Hahah FACE. A** is squatting. Couldn’t squat that double chin off unfortunately.’

The celebrity on Loose Women openly acknowledges that she’s had multiple plastic surgeries and has been using fillers regularly for quite some time.
Previously, she has had cosmetic procedures including breast augmentation twice, lip enhancement surgery, eyelid surgery, and numerous injectable treatments.
2019 was the year she started appearing regularly on The Only Way Is Essex, also the year she opted for a chin liposuction and contouring treatment that cost around £2.5k.
At the time she displayed the results on @skindoctorclinics Instagram page.
Overwhelmed with excitement, I couldn’t help but gush in the comment section: “Simply the BEST! ❤️” as I marveled at her remarkable work.
Dr. Saleena Zimri, performing the treatment at the Leeds location of Skin Doctor Clinics, posted along with the before-and-after photos: “Wow, indeed!” (or simply “What a transformation!”)
After that, she chose to have both her lip fillers dissolved and her larger breast implants taken out, opting instead for smaller ones to achieve a more organic appearance.
2024 saw Olivia openly discussing her remorse over certain cosmetic surgeries she underwent in the past, sharing details about them.

As a die-hard admirer, I’ve always appreciated how openly she’s shared her beauty secrets with her massive following. From the veneers, lip enhancements, to the regular Botox injections – these are the same treatments that initially caught the eye of the Love Island team, and I can see why!
In January of last year, Olivia’s documentary series titled “The Price of Perfection” was aired. This series features Olivia interacting with individuals who push their physical limits in pursuit of an ideal or ‘perfect’ physique.
During a conversation on Good Morning Britain, Olivia shared insights about her personal journey with cosmetic procedures, acknowledging that at times, she may not have made the wisest choices or demonstrated the best aesthetic judgment.
She mentioned that she draws on her personal experiences for the documentary, and shared that she had a breast augmentation at a very early age.
Initially, I overstepped and made a poor choice which required corrections later. Subsequently, I opted for facial injections as part of my adjustments.
In retrospect, some cosmetic enhancements I opted for, particularly during the Love Island era, weren’t administered by the most reputable professionals. My choices, in hindsight, could have been more discerning.

Speaking with host Richard Madeley, Olivia expressed her reasons for having the procedures as follows: “At that point in my life, I wasn’t satisfied with what nature had provided me as a young woman.
It seems that idea resonates with many women, particularly during that period when fashion and societal expectations were intense. For myself, I felt that developing a fuller bust would enhance my sense of femininity, which indeed was true for me back then.
Currently, it happens to be quite ironic that at this stage of my life, while working on a documentary centered around plastic surgery, I find that the way I appear is the least captivating aspect of who I am.
As I grew older, it became increasingly significant to me. I believe this shift may be a part of growing up and gaining confidence.
