Rosie O’Donnell Responds to Daughter Chelsea’s Name Change After Cutting Her Out of Will

In another part of the poem, Rosie penned down recollections from a court proceeding several months back, where a Wisconsin judge expressed his pride in Chelsea for successfully completing her treatment. The judge also advised Chelsea to take pride in herself too.

In a heartfelt message, Rosie expressed that the story left her feeling shaky, evoking thoughts about her child growing up and making her own decisions, finding her own way and respecting herself, which touched Rosie so deeply it brought tears to her eyes.

Apart from that, she mentioned that Chelsea phoned her not long ago, revealing that she’d finally received her high school diploma a decade overdue. This news moved Rosie to tears.

Rosie mentioned that currently, Chelsea is thriving and focusing on personal growth. She also expressed a desire, for her child’s benefit, if she could erase her own celebrity status.
