You can now watch Benedict Cumberbatch‘s heart-wrenching television movie titled “The Child in Time” on Channel 4’s online streaming service.

First broadcasted on BBC One in September 2017, this movie features Benedict Cumberbatch and Kelly Macdonald playing the roles of Stephen and Julie Lewis, a married pair who face an emotionally devastating moment when their four-year-old child disappears.

Under the guidance of director Julian Farino and writer Stephen Butchard, the television adaptation of “The Child in Time” takes on Ian McEwan’s 1987 novel, which explores the heart-wrenching journey of a couple dealing with an immense loss.
