Okay, I have to say, Paris Hilton is a queen! I saw photos of her out in New York City this week, and even with all the ice and snow, she was rocking high heels! Seriously, I was impressed – she really doesn’t let a little weather stop her from being fabulous.
The 44-year-old businesswoman has been giving interviews to promote her new documentary, Infinite Icon: A Visual Memoir, and recently opened up about her experiences with mental health.
She appeared on Live with Kelly and Mark on Tuesday morning to promote her new project, which comes out on Friday.
Paris Hilton was seen out and about, looking cheerful in a white pantsuit with a blue floral design. She completed the look with silver high heels.
The blonde beauty added a long, white, winter coat and matching white-framed sunglasses.
She also wore sparkling silver fingerless gloves as she toted a glittery silver handbag.
The celebrity made a stunning fashion statement on Monday night’s “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.”
She wore a sleek, floor-length black dress adorned with sparkling stones, and finished the look with heels decorated with bows.
The reality TV star, known for her role on The Simple Life, wore her shiny hair in a stylish updo, parted to the side with bangs.
I was really touched by what my guest shared on the show this week. She bravely opened up about being diagnosed with Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, or RSD, and it sparked a really important conversation. It’s something a lot of people experience, and hearing her talk about it so honestly was incredibly powerful.
RSD is a condition the mom of two compares to having ‘a demon in your mind.’
Paris Hilton told Lauryn and Michael Bosstick that she first received an ADHD diagnosis in her late twenties, before discovering she also has Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD).
She explained that it’s essentially any negative thought or feeling you have about how others see you. If you believe someone is being unkind, or if you simply feel hurt, it can feel like actual physical pain, even though there’s no real injury.
‘It’s almost like a demon in your mind that is saying negative self-talk to you.’
Hilton’s movie premiered at The Grove last week, drawing a crowd of celebrities like Demi Lovato, Sofia Vergara, Lizzo, and Kathy Griffin.
ParisHilton.com says the new movie follows Paris’s career as a musician, showing how she went from dreaming about music as a kid to performing in clubs, and from her first album to her recent musical changes.
Her parents, Kathy and Rick Hilton, were also on hand to support her.
The documentary shares its name with her 2025 album, Infinite Icon, which came out in September.
She told PEOPLE that the change reflects how she’s grown from her wilder days in the 2000s into the person she is today.
She shared with the media at December’s TikTok Awards that she’s incredibly proud of the upcoming documentary, set to premiere in theaters on January 30th.
She described it as a truly moving story, explaining that being a lasting inspiration means encouraging others to be themselves, share their own stories, and positively impact the world.
