Coleen’s Secret to a Happy Marriage Revealed

On her 39th birthday, which fell on Thursday, Wayne Rooney affectionately honored his wife Coleen with a touching tribute.

This couple has been together since 2008, and they have four boys: Kai (age 14), Kit (age 11), Klay (age 8), and Cass (age 6). Previously a footballer, he recently posted on Instagram expressing his affection for her as the ‘best’.

He posted two photos featuring Coleen along with some boys, writing as a caption: ‘Wishing you a wonderful birthday to an exceptional individual! Thank you so much for all you’ve done❤️’.

He also reshared the picture on his Story as he added: ‘Thanks for everything. Love you’. 

As a lifestyle enthusiast, let me express that I, too, extended my warmest birthday wishes to my jungle companion, the fabulous Coleen. In honor of her special day, I took to social media and shared a heartwarming photo of us following one of our challenging trials together.

After Coleen shared details about the activities she and her husband, Wayne, engage in following a busy day of work and childcare responsibilities, it occurs.

In an uncommon conversation with TopMob, the celebrity disclosed insights into their daily existence following Wayne’s return home after his dismissal from Plymouth Argyle.

Discussing the significance of a good night’s sleep for both of them, even when challenged by the presence of children in the house who make it difficult to get a full seven hours rest, they also shared some activities they like to do before going to bed.

Colleen, the latest entrant into the supplement market with Applied Nutrition, commented: “Wayne is fond of some of my formulations. Given his preference for rest, we both enjoy a cup of our sleep powder mixed with warm water before retiring to bed.

Previously serving as the captain for Manchester United, he recently went back home to his spouse and their quartet of kids residing in Cheshire, following the termination of his managerial role after a brief stint of only seven months.

Coleen said it has been great having Wayne around more to help out with their four boys.

She explained: ‘It’s great having him around. It’s great for the kids to have their dad back. 

He’s available for school events like parent-teacher conferences, carpool duties, and so on. We also take family walks together and swim with the children.

Coleen previously discussed the struggles of raising the boys during the height of Wayne’s career.

She mentioned: ‘Sometimes it felt as if I were a solo parent, particularly during his tenure at Manchester United and England. There was seldom a dependable plan. I prefer having a plan and structure, but found the lack of it challenging.’

Regarding our current workout regimen, she mentioned that she and Wayne have separate fitness plans since they focus on different exercises. However, she works out twice a week at the gym, which includes both weight training and interval sprints – more of her cardio-focused activities.

‘And then I love reformer Pilates. I’ve been doing that for years and years, maybe 12 years now.

Apart from that, I too enjoy swimming. It’s a wonderful escape, allowing me to disconnect and relax, free of distractions like phones or other devices. This mental break is beneficial for my well-being.
