On Wednesday, the 35-year-old personal trainer residing in Gold Coast shared a workout video on Instagram, displaying his well-toned physique following his recent separation from his TV wife, announced last week.

In the rain-drenched landscape, I ventured out, clad in a hoodie, shorts, and a hat, en route to the gym – all captured crisply in a monochrome video.

Later, he demonstrated his strength by hoisting two 30-kilogram weights, followed by removing his shirt and striking a pose for the camera to show off his physique.

After sharing a recent update about his wellbeing following the painful breakup with his co-star Tori, that’s when Jack spoke up.

On Saturday, the celebrity from reality TV posted a video on social networks, disclosing that he was coping quite well given the current situation.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I feel compelled to express my heartfelt appreciation. Over the past day, it’s been truly uplifting to receive messages and heartwarming sentiments from so many of you. Tori and I are deeply grateful for your kindness and support.

‘We’re incredibly thankful and quite touched. The news is, we’re both thriving quite nicely. Our feelings towards one another are deep and profound with much affection and admiration.’

Jack then assured fans that he and Tori would be okay going forward.

On Saturdays, we rise and carry on with our usual activities. Just like today, it wasn’t any different. Whenever life appears dull or overcast, keep in mind that the sun will brighten things up again, Jack reminded us.

On Friday, the couple revealed that they were going their seperate ways after one year of dating. 

In a touching joint message on Instagram, they disclosed that they called it quits a couple of weeks back, yet they continue to cherish their friendship.

In the emotional post, the pair said they made the difficult decision with ‘heavy hearts.’

If you’ve kept up with us so far, you understand that we’ve consistently stayed genuine and true to who we are. We’ve welcomed you on board and shared our exciting, rollercoaster adventure with you.

Today, I’m sad to share that our romantic bond has come to an end. But rest assured, our friendship remains unshaken, and we continue to hold each other in high regard with deep affection.

The statement included an emotional photo from their time on the Channel Nine experiment, capturing Tori and Jack standing together during their Final Vows ceremony.

The pair went on to thank their families and fans for their ongoing support.

They expressed heartfelt gratitude for the multitude of delightful moments they’ve shared and noted that these memories would be preserved eternally. In addition, they acknowledged the boundless love and backing from their loved ones.

The surprising news left supporters speechless, as they had followed the couple’s rollercoaster relationship filled with both turmoil and intense passion during the 2024 season of “Married At First Sight” in Australia.

Regardless of the harsh criticism, heated arguments at social events, and demands during their vow renewal, the pair appeared to buck the trend, staying united well beyond when the recording ended.

Among very few pairs, they were the ones who endured the experiment and resumed their relationship outside the show following the airing of the reunion episode.

Last July, the pair commemorated their one-year anniversary by having a festive celebration. Tori posted an exceptionally provocative photo on that occasion, showing her partner casually posing in the shower.
