People living near Olivia Attwood and Bradley Dack have been saying for months that their relationship was troubled, and it now appears they’ve separated.
People have been saying for a while that they seemed to really dislike each other, especially when seen near their expensive new apartment by the River Thames. Their neighbors include celebrities like Roman Kemp and Romeo Beckham.
As many of you probably already know, Olivia and Dack have sadly decided to separate after two years of marriage. It’s been a tough few months with lots of rumors, and unfortunately, it seems the split was confirmed last Sunday when a tabloid – one that’s always been quite kind to Olivia, I might add – ran the story. It’s a messy situation, and the narrative quickly focused on Dack being responsible, which feels…convenient, to say the least. It’s a reminder that even when things seem picture-perfect, life rarely is, and public breakups are rarely straightforward.
Apparently, Olivia was deeply upset, and footballer Dack – who plays for Gillingham in League Two – did something that went too far.
According to a source, Olivia and Bradley are separating because Bradley broke Olivia’s trust.
According to sources, the story wasn’t based on thorough reporting. Instead, it appears Olivia’s team intentionally provided the information to create a favorable impression, which explains its biased and positive angle.
Notably absent from the discussion was any mention of Olivia’s close bond with her TOWIE colleague, Pete Wicks, or the persistent rumors about their relationship that have circulated for months.
And I know why.
Sources say there was concern among radio executives after Olivia and Pete became friends while co-hosting the “Sunday Roast” show on Kiss FM. This led to a planned public relations effort to manage the situation.
Okay, so I’ve been following Olivia for ages, and I noticed something last week. It was all over the tabloids that her marriage was basically falling apart, and it broke my heart! But get this – while everyone was focused on that, I dug a little deeper and found out she’d secretly hired a publicist! Like, a personal one! It’s so smart, honestly. She hosts those amazing shows on ITV – ‘Bad Boyfriends’ and ‘Getting Filthy Rich’ are my absolute favorites – and I guess she knew she needed someone to help manage everything while her personal life was, well, a mess. I’m just so impressed she was thinking ahead even during all that drama!
The TV channel really wanted to keep her as their star, so it’s not surprising she sought advice from Callum Bracken, who used to handle publicity for ITV.
Okay, so I’ve been following Olivia and Bradley closely, and a friend of theirs – someone who really knows what’s going on – told me things have been a total mess for months. Apparently, Olivia was completely lost, and honestly, even her team didn’t know how to handle it all! She ended up having to bring in her own PR person just to try and get things under control. It’s been crazy watching it unfold, I tell you!
She worried her private life would take over her career. There’s been a lot of worry and confusion about how she could end her marriage without getting hurt.
Someone recommended Callum Bracken for the job because of his connections at ITV, and she took their advice. It appeared to be a smart move, as ITV is very supportive of Olivia and has significant plans for her this year. They wanted to avoid anything that could create problems or bad publicity for her.
People close to Pete are said to be worried about the rumors, especially if they suggest he played a role in Olivia’s divorce.
Someone close to the former TOWIE star, who has previously dated Maura Higgins and Megan McKenna, told us things have been really difficult. There’s been a lot of disagreement about how to handle the current situation, especially since he feels he hasn’t done anything wrong.
The rush to explain things raises suspicions about the full story, especially since there’s never been any evidence that Olivia and Pete, who became popular after Pete was on Strictly, were ever more than just friends.
However, rumors started circulating last summer after photos surfaced of the actress and Pete looking cozy on a yacht in Ibiza. They were photographed with his arm around her waist while enjoying a party during a work event for Kiss FM.
Friends of Olivia, who used to date Chris Hughes from Love Island, say her marriage ended because she became very close to Pete.
One friend jokingly said the relationship involved three people: Olivia, Brad, and Pete Wicks, implying Olivia and Pete were very close and actively involved with each other.
Shortly after news of their breakup became public, Olivia was seen looking sad while getting coffee with her close colleague, Pete, who she often referred to as her ‘work husband.’
Olivia still had a bruise around her eye, which she mentioned quickly in a social media video she posted yesterday.
She announced from Hamburg that she had a black eye and warned that if someone didn’t care for her, the upcoming year would be difficult, as she intends to be highly visible.
But she did not explain how she sustained the injury.
One thing’s for sure: all the signs of an impending split have been gathering for some time.
Olivia and Bradley, both 32, have moved from their house in Cheshire to a full-time residence in south London. A witness recently reported that they appeared to be experiencing difficulties in their relationship.
It was clear things weren’t going well between them. I was surprised by how distant and unfriendly they were to each other. They seemed unable to tolerate each other’s company, and he appeared particularly agitated as they walked through the shops. Overall, they didn’t seem happy at all.
It’s heartbreaking, really. They had such a strong connection when they first got together, and everyone thought Bradley was her soulmate.
On her podcast, Olivia’s House, the former Love Island star revealed that she and her husband had been having problems in their marriage for more than a year.
She admitted that marriage is incredibly challenging. There had been a lot of gossip, and things weren’t going well between them.
The real tragedy is that the writing was on the wall from the start.
Olivia and Bradley first met before either of them were well-known. They bumped into each other at a nightclub in London when Bradley was 21 and Olivia was 24.
‘She made me laugh,’ Bradley said. ‘I fell in love with her personality.’
However, problems started to surface quickly. Olivia received offers to appear on Love Island, but she rejected them on two occasions – initially because she’d just signed modeling contracts, and later because she was in a relationship with Bradley.
But, in 2017, she was called by another woman who claimed she was Bradley’s girlfriend.
Olivia later revealed: ‘We had a chat and, basically, [he] had been seeing her as well as me.’
Hurt, Olivia agreed to join the cast of Love Island.
Despite their previous issues, she reconciled with Bradley, and they had a grand wedding at London’s Bulgari Hotel in 2023.
The wedding is said to have cost around £200,000, with the bride’s custom-made lace gown by Galia Lahav costing £30,000.
‘It’s such a sad ending,’ says one friend.
‘But let’s see what happens next in Olivia’s romantic life.’
