Dukes of Hazzard Stars Reunite After 40 Years for Legendary Car Show
On Thursday, the classic Dukes of Hazzard team reunited in Los Angeles for a memorable gathering honoring their legendary vehicle from the show.
40 years following the final episode’s airing, Tom Wopat, Catherine Bach, and John Schneider were seen together, linked arm and arm, at the Hollywood Museum during the A Drive Through Time exhibition.
71-year-old Catherine, renowned for her role as the initial Daisy Duke in the humorous series, was stunningly attractive in a textured, deep navy coat draped over a revealing black blouse and snug black pants.
She released her cascading golden curls, choosing a subtle makeup style that highlighted her genuine features.
64-year-old John, affectionately known as Bo Duke, cut an elegant figure in a smart mid-gray coat layered over a sleek black dress shirt. He accessorized this look with olive-toned trousers and stylish black boots.
Simultaneously, at the event, Tom, aged 73, who played Luke Duke on the television series, donned a dark navy suit and a navy polo shirt. He completed his outfit with a pair of black shoes and a navy cowboy hat.

The threesome found themselves once more alongside their iconic 1969 Dodge Charger, the one painted in bright orange, which had been instrumental in numerous getaways for the group, ultimately serving as a hallmark of humor.
For a number of years, starting in 1979 and ending in 1985, the widely acclaimed action series kept CBS audiences entertained with laughter. People couldn’t wait to find out what new predicaments the trio known as the Dukes would encounter each week.
In a peaceful countryside setting of Georgia, the show revolves around cousins Luke and Bo who find themselves on probation, yet continue to engage in mischief, particularly focusing on thwarting the underhanded plans of county commissioner Jefferson Davis ‘Boss’ Hogg.
Over the course of 147 episodes, their cousin Daisy, known for her iconic status and charm during the show’s comedic span, along with their wise uncle Jesse, often lent them assistance.
Certainly, Daisy’s extremely short hot pants quickly earned the name associated with the character and established themselves as a must-have in fashion trends.
At its peak, it was second in ratings to the popular soap opera Dallas on CBS, which drew an impressive 90 million American viewers in 1980.
Over a span of several years, the Dukes reunited for four movies: “Reunion!” (1997), “Hazzard in Hollywood” (2000), “The Dukes of Hazzard” (2005), and “The Beginning” (2007).
In October, Catherine transformed her style, exchanging her famous hotpants for elegant black pants, as she was seen strolling through Studio City, Los Angeles, and shopping at Erewhon Market.

The actress paired the trousers with a matching black shirt and slipped on silver studded loafers.
It is reported that Catherine impressed the directors of Dukes of Hazzard tremendously during her audition, leaving them no choice but to immediately offer her the role of Daisy Duke right then and there.
Her role brought her immense fame, and a poster depicting her as Daisy sold an astonishing five million copies following its launch, even managing to capture the attention of First Lady Nancy Reagan.
During her stint on the program, the prominent actress became a hot topic when news broke out that she had ensured her legs for approximately £770,000, which is equivalent to $1 million.
She clarified her choice to insure them by saying, “I sometimes engage in activities I probably shouldn’t, such as skiing.
Originally, I owned a plane at the beginning of the show, but they required me to discard it… I’m quite adventurous and take risks often. They deemed it necessary to insure my legs as a result.
The General Lee car was last spotted at the wedding of John and Dee Dee Sorvino last July.
In a heart-stopping twist of fate, I found myself standing witness to the magical moment when my beloveds exchanged their vows unexpectedly in Sin City (Las Vegas) on the 23rd of July, 2023 – all thanks to our initial encounter in LA back in 2023.
Celebrating their union, TV personality Dee Dee carefully chose an ensemble that matched the vehicle she was riding in.

She opted for a black lace top and tiered orange skirt, complete with a fun pair of cowboy boots.
Meanwhile, John looked smart in a dark grey suit, that he teamed with a white shirt.
Previously, Dee Dee walked down the aisle with actor Paul Sorvino, famously known for his role in Goodfellas. Sadly, he passed away at the age of 83 due to natural causes in July 2022.
John’s third wife Alicia Allain Schneider died from breast cancer aged 53 in February 2023.
Previously, the newly formed pair have openly discussed how the passing of their respective partners within the last two years served as a bonding experience that brought them closer together.
Back in the day, I was beyond ecstatic when the legendary ’80s star granted me his approval for my union with the iconic John, a full two years following his untimely departure from this world. Dee Dee shared this heartwarming detail, and it still gives me goosebumps to think about it!
In a candid conversation with DailyMail.com, the actress and performer shared that her deceased spouse appeared to her in dreams, expressing his approval for her relationship with the star from “The Dukes of Hazzard.
