Why is Reyna disabled? VALORANT Agent removed temporarily due to bug

According to Riot Games, there’s been an issue in VALORANT where Reyna’s Agent has been temporarily unavailable due to a glitch triggered by a recent update.

It seems like everyone adores Agent Reyna, doesn’t it? Well, maybe not everyone, but regardless, she’s no exception when it comes to treatment. Riot Games is making every effort to maintain her quality. Currently, however, due to a bug, Reyna has been temporarily taken out of VALORANT.

Let’s go over the details.

Why did get Reyna get disabled in VALORANT?

In the latest VALORANT update, version 10.05, there have been some notable changes and fixes. This includes implementing Rank Rollbacks and resolving numerous bugs associated with different Agents. Interestingly, none of these adjustments affected Reyna’s abilities; however, it appears that an unintended modification has recently disrupted her healing capabilities.

According to Riot Games, an issue cropped up in the 10.05 update that causes Reyna’s Overheal from her Devour ability not to function correctly, resulting in her healing potential failing to boost her health effectively.

Due to this incident, she has been temporarily taken out of all game queues, including non-competitive ones like Unrated, Spike Rush, and Swiftplay. At the moment, the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) is keeping her in the roster, as they think it’s unjust to remove her so close to Stage 1 play due to lack of time between the removal and the start of the competition.

When will Reyna be back in VALORANT?

As far as we know, our prediction about when Reyna will be enabled again in VALORANT is just an educated guess. The developers haven’t provided a specific timeline for the fix, only mentioning that they’ll keep us informed once the issue has been resolved.

It appears they are moving fast to resolve the issue, and given that it occurred just prior to the weekend, it seems likely she will return to work early in the coming week. Cross your fingers if she is your preferred Instalock!
