Jackie O’ Henderson has shared some recent developments about her cherished abode, the “dream home,” which is under construction in the esteemed eastern suburbs of Sydney.
50-year-old “Radio Queen” embarks on a challenging endeavor, aiming to entirely renovate a coastal home she procured through an open bid in March 2023.
Now, around two years following the KIIS FM celebrity’s purchase of the property for $13.25 million, construction machinery has moved in to initiate the laying of the mansion’s foundation.
On Thursday, Jackie unveiled a video featuring workers at the site where once stood a six-bedroom, three-story house, now completely removed.
The video presented a vast construction vehicle, along with an area that’s been cleaned up from demolition waste, seemingly prepared for the commencement of preparatory work.
Jackie, too, seems to be adopting a hands-on strategy for the project since she shared a photo featuring herself alongside five team members from the construction crew.

The celebrity from The Kyle and Jackie O Show frequently updates her Instagram to share the latest developments with her fans.
Back in December Jackie shared video and images of the demolishing works on the original property.
The pictures revealed a slanting facade, which divided into multiple tiered sections. Currently, the entire scene is enclosed by temporary barriers.
The scene was a far cry from the 1960s-era home that once stood on the site.
An aerial photo of the site revealed just how close Jackie will be to the stunning coastline.
The image revealed crystalline waters merely a few meters from where Jackie’s entrance would stand in the future.
The real estate sits atop a sea-facing cliff, nestled within the popular coastal neighborhood of Clovelly, just 9 kilometers away from downtown.
Additionally, Jackie posted videos showing large construction machines tearing down sections of the vast estate.
In one clip, a large crane could be seen demolishing the walls of the original three storey home.
A different segment showed the gradual demolition of a six-bedroom, decades-old home, with each stage meticulously captured in a time-lapse sequence, preparing the ground for the upcoming construction.
‘And so it begins,’ Jackie captioned the post as she shared her excitement for the build ahead.
A few months ago, Jackie gave a sneak peek into her spectacular blueprint for her envisioned residence, priced at approximately $5.05 million as reported by Now to Love.
In February, the star from KIIS FM shared on Instagram her exciting plan to design a stylish home featuring a breathtaking million-dollar ocean view.
Another picture showed a stunningly designed outdoor swimming pool, nestled along the shoreline, enclosed by exquisitely landscaped gardens filled with palm trees.
Jackie shared pictures of her envisioned dream house and tagged architect Madeleine Blanchfield, known for her remarkable work.
The photos, from previous Madeleine Blanchfield projects, provided ample inspiration for Jackie.
A representative for Jackie stated that the photos shown were ‘representations’ or ‘samples’ depicting potential designs of her upcoming residence.
Jackie snapped up the property in March 2023 for a massive $13.25million at an open auction.
The house is situated a bit away from the main road, providing Jackie with the seclusion she lacked on the cramped roads of her previous residence.
Earlier, the well-known celebrity expressed discontent over persistent photographers invading her privacy, which led to her decision to sell her former residence.
Jackie acquired a new residence following the gain of approximately $2 million from the sale of her previous dwelling in Woollahra, which she had purchased for $11 million just two years prior (in 2020).
