MAFS Couple Rhi and Jeff Spotted Together: Are They Stronger Than Ever?

Married At First Sight’s Rhi Disljenkovic and Jeff Gobbels are still going strong. 

Before reuniting, the pair had already deepened their relationship during the Homestays, as Jeff handed over a key to his apartment to his future spouse, showing they were very much in love.

During their recent trip to Sydney for filming, the duo arrived jointly from Melbourne and clearly displayed a strong bond, suggesting they are an item.

Rhi, 34, was all smiles and she headed through the terminal with her ‘husband’ by her side.

The MAFS bride wore a black crop top under a denim jacket along with a pair of black tights. 

She had on a light makeup look  and wore white sneakers, while carrying a dark sports bag.  

Jeff, 40, dressed casually in a black t-shirt and blue jeans along with black and white sneakers.

Recently, Rhi and Jeff openly discussed the events at their couples’ getaway, sharing that friendships were severely tested as emotions ran high.

To Daily Mail Australia, the reality TV duo confessed that the getaway, initially designed as a breather, unexpectedly transformed into a high-pressure environment. This setting revealed underlying issues in relationships and put various friendships to the test within the group.

The couple told Daily Mail Australia that the retreat was supposed to be a break, but it instead became a pressure cooker, unveiling relationship troubles and straining alliances among cast members.

‘It was good to get out of the bubble,’ Rhi said.

I’ve found myself completely engrossed in this experience, and I must admit, being in each other’s company for every waking moment has pushed us way beyond our usual comfort zones. It’s challenged the very fabric of our connections – whether they be marital or friendly bonds.

Jeff agreed with her thoughts, stating that it seemed the friendships had faced a greater trial compared to the relationships, if I may say so honestly.

‘Whenever we get into a group environment, fireworks happen, and this week was no different.’

As they pondered, the pair acknowledged their feelings of gratitude for their stable situation, even as the turmoil continued around them.

‘Watching all the drama unfold around you, you feel grateful for your own relationship,’ Rhi said.

‘At the start, we thought there was no hope of progressing, but we’ve come a long way.’

In the interview, Rhi shared her struggles with maintaining a regular lifestyle amidst her recent fame’s demands.

In one moment, I was sitting in a makeup chair for live television, and then suddenly I was loading groceries into the car and taking care of various tasks for my friends – all while laughing about it.

‘So yeah, it’s like I’ve got two different hats’.

In the meantime, Jeff confessed that things appear somewhat unusual to him: “One moment I’m on TV, and the next, I’m removing a ladder from my vehicle and entering a construction site.

In another place, I too found myself on an emotional rollercoaster, reliving our shared journey by revisiting the moments we experienced together.

Rhi acknowledged, “I need to remember to breathe deeply and accept that it’s over and done with. Yet, it stirs up many emotions I experienced back then.

Experiencing something again after a long time stirs up the same feelings as if it had just happened.
