eFootball 2025 National Midfielders Epic pack review

Story Highlights

  • National Midfielders Epic is here in eFootball 2025, featuring three Epic options.
  • Featuring Luis Figo, Paul Scholes, and Dragan Stojkovic, the first two come with Show Time skills.

Today brings another round of tactically astute players in the year 2025’s eFootball version. The latest addition is the National Midfielders Epic Pack, which includes renowned midfield maestros such as Luis Figo, Paul Scholes, and Dragan Stojkovic.

All three look to be solid offensive options for your squad, so on the same basis, let us see how these three will fare in this detailed review.

Epic cards from the National Midfielders pack in eFootball 2025

In the same vein, you’ll notice that this collection holds approximately 150 characters, each having three special Epic cards. Among them, two possess “Show Time” abilities, whereas one is just a standard Epic card.

Luis Figo

  • Position: RMF
  • Playing Style: Hole Player
  • Showtime Skill: Momentum Dribbling

Figo is an absolute gem for anyone who loves a technically gifted winger, get any card of his, and he succeeds. He’s got that smooth dribbling, excellent ball control, and elite passing that makes him a playmaker’s dream. Add in his tight possession and skill moves, and he can glide past defenders.

His crossing is top-tier, making him a constant threat on the wing, but he’s also got the creativity to cut inside and set up plays. His shooting isn’t as crazy as some, but that finesse shot with his right foot is pure class with an excellent curl on it. Buffing up the Finishing stats is suggested.

The biggest positive of this card is he can play in any attacking position, which is a very utility-oriented card. Given the playstyle and stat distribution, I would prefer him as an attacking playmaker or as a second striker, which fits him the best.

Paul Scholes

  • Position: AMF
  • Playing Style: Creative Playmaker
  • Showtime Skill: Visionary Pass

Before I started this review, I personally felt an Orchestrator Scholes would have been an amazing card, since this card doesn’t do justice to him. Still, purely on this particular card, this AMF Scholes feels kind of lacking.

He’s not very offensive to be an AMF, just right in the mix to be a creative outlet. Those numbers pump up when it comes to dribbling and passing, but if you go by his player ID, Scholes wasn’t a smooth player on the ball, so he felt sluggish.

In a Customizable Mini Figure (CMF), I crafted him, achieving an ideal equilibrium in the process. To this day, I cherish his weighted passes – they’re precise and spot-on. His Long Shots pack quite a punch, while those Rising Shots remain among the finest.

Dragan Stojkovic

  • Position: AMF
  • Playing Style: Creative Playmaker

Stojkovic appears to be a masterful maestro when it comes to handling the ball, and this image beautifully encapsulates his grace. His skill in dribbling, ball control, and maintaining tight possession is truly remarkable, even though these aspects aren’t quantified by high numbers, they certainly deliver magic on the field.

Pair that with his incredible passing numbers, and you’ve got someone who can dictate the tempo and create chances with ease. He does miss those heavy-lifting passing skills, so you might need to slap a couple of them to him.

His long-range shooting abilities are impressive, making it beneficial to enhance his finishing skills. However, speed isn’t one of his strong points; although you can improve it to around the 90s, further advancement in other areas should be limited.

Best pick from the National Midfielders pack in eFootball 2025

In the game eFootball 2025, the National Midfielders collection provides you with three robust choices that offer distinctive advantages. However, I recommend holding onto your in-game currency instead.

Certainly,

Yes, my reviews indicate they are positive, but I haven’t found anyone who stands out as a truly exceptional player in that role. Figo comes close to being exceptional, but I have had better experiences with other wingers overall.

Choosing among these three options can depend on your playing style, but I tend to take a wait-and-see approach when it comes to future packs. New midfielders with exciting potential are constantly emerging, so if you don’t need an immediate upgrade, delaying your purchase might be the wiser choice.
