Microsoft Reveals AI ‘Copilot for Gaming’ Assistant

Microsoft unveiled a fresh AI companion, named ‘Copilot for Gaming‘, specifically tailored to support and guide players during their gaming sessions. Dubbed as “the perfect gaming partner”, Copilot for Gaming is planned to be accessible as an early preview for Xbox Insiders on mobile devices in the near future.

According to the Xbox Wire announcement, this AI-powered partner is created specifically to act as your personal gaming guide, assisting you in quickly accessing your preferred games, offering tips to enhance your abilities, and facilitating stronger bonds with your friends and gaming communities. The ‘Copilot for Gaming’ will be available when needed but will remain unobtrusive if you prefer to handle things on your own.

The AI assistant will offer tailored game suggestions and effortlessly smooth game setup, designed primarily to optimize your gaming time without interfering. Put simply, its purpose is to facilitate your gameplay from the get-go, as stated by Fatima Kardar, Xbox Corporate VP of Gaming AI.
