Celebrity Chef Reveals Mind-Blowing Big Mac Sausage Roll Recipe!
Renowned cook Courtney Roulston unveiled her homemade ‘Big Mac‘ sausage roll recipe, a tasty treat crafted in honor of the AFL football season’s main event.
45-year-old renowned food enthusiast, known for winning MasterChef in 2010, disclosed the recipe for their mouthwatering meal on their Instagram account.
Courtney’s recipe involves wrapping a mixture of seasoned ground meat, sautéed onions, cheese, pickles, and mustard inside flaky pastry that has been sprinkled with sesame seeds before baking until it becomes crispy.
To make the tasty snack even more delightful, Courtney has created a special recipe for a Big Mac-inspired sauce to serve alongside it. This homemade sauce combines American mustard, mayonnaise, chopped gherkins, diced white onions, and a touch of paprika.
During a cooking segment on Seven’s Sunrise this week, the Coles ambassador tried out the recipe live on air.
If the Sunrise team is any indication, it would be quite foolish not to move those rolls to the top of your cooking list immediately, Courtney excitedly wrote as a caption.

She also shared a photo of the Brekkie Central team digging into her sausage rolls on set.
In 2010, Courtney made her debut on the second season of MasterChef Australia, however, she didn’t take home the title; instead, Adam Liaw was declared the victor ahead of her in fifth place.
She returned for MasterChef: Back To Win last year and was the second to leave the competition.
For eleven seasons, Courtney served as the top culinary expert for the Sydney Swans AFL team, and for more than ten years, she’s represented Coles as an ambassador.
The attractive woman with blonde hair has additionally appeared as a presenter on Channel 10’s culinary and exploration program titled ‘Farm to Fork’.
In 2014, Courtney announced her engagement to her long-term partner Sophie King.
She revealed that it was Sophie popped the question while on a trip in Byron Bay, New South Wales.
2020 saw Courtney highlighting her captivating engagement ring as she graced the stage on MasterChef Back To Win.

The celebrated chef and television personality boasts an exquisite piece of jewelry crafted by Fowler and Oldfield Ltd Diamond Merchants. This precious gem showcases an antique cushion-shaped emerald, encircled by a ring of dazzling diamonds called halo diamonds.
A thin band also allows the gemstone and diamonds to take centre stage.
Back in 2020, Courtney discussed her wedding plans in an interview with The Daily Telegraph.
Instead of planning an elaborate wedding, she had always envisioned a grand celebration for her special day, as she’d never entertained the idea of a fancy nuptial event.
She shared: “I’m looking for an enjoyable experience, great food, and good company. To me, a wedding is simply a grand celebration.
‘I don’t want a $20,000 wedding dress or any of that stuff. I am pretty old school.’
