Gwyneth Paltrow Reveals How MDMA Therapy Transformed Her Relationship with Mom!
Gwyneth Paltrow stated that her bond with her well-known mother, Blythe Danner, underwent a change following her use of the therapeutic drug MDMA.

In the year 2020, during an appearance on Netflix’s The Goop Lab, Paltrow disclosed that she had shared an MDMA experience with her second spouse, Brad Falchuk. She described this event as being extremely emotional.
30 years ago, in 1986, the mind-altering drug commonly referred to as ecstasy or molly was designated as a Schedule I controlled substance by the United States Drug Enforcement Administration.
In 2017, the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) conducted clinical trials which resulted in the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granting a designation for a groundbreaking therapy for treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
In 2023, it became legal in Australia to utilize MDMA in conjunction with psychotherapy for addressing depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
82-year-old Tony Award recipient warmly received Oscar winner and 49-year-old son Jake Paltrow during her 32-year union with Bruce Paltrow, the executive producer of St. Elsewhere. Their relationship endured until his passing at age 58, a result of oral cancer and pneumonia complications.
In July last year, Gwyneth assured People magazine that Blythe was perfectly fine following an incident where an ambulance was called to a party in the Hamptons.
By September, Danner had returned to work, taking on the character of Mimi in Rich Allen’s forthcoming romantic comedy set at a destination wedding, titled Small Potatoes.
Previously, Gwyneth Paltrow completed her part as a significantly older lover opposite Timothée Chalamet in Josh Safdie’s individual directorial venture titled Marty Supreme. This film is set to be released in US cinemas on December 25th.
In addition to its lead actors, the $70 million film produced by A24 features stars such as Tyler the Creator, Fran Drescher, Penn Jillette, Abel Ferrera, and Sandra Bernhard.
