Celine Dion‘s team cautions her followers: The tracks you may think are fresh from Celine Dion might actually not be.

Indeed, here’s another instance where it feels like “AI, oh AI, you got me again!” as the melodies are reportedly generated by an artificial intelligence system, as stated by the musician’s team.

Recently, it’s been noticed that some AI-made songs, falsely claiming to be Celine Dion’s music, as well as using her name and image, are being shared on the internet and different digital platforms,” says a recent post on Celine Dion’s social media.

Through this collaboration, CAA-affiliated performers and sports personalities will gain the ability to utilize YouTube’s resources for controlling and recognizing artificial intelligence-generated content featuring their digital replicas.

Team Celine provided no additional information on the fake music, including any fake titles.

Since his album “Courage” was released in 2019, Dion has not put out any new music. An accompanying tour started in September 2019 but had to be rescheduled due to the COVID-19 pandemic affecting some European dates and the North American leg. The rest of the tour was postponed multiple times, eventually being canceled entirely in May 2023.
