Florence Pugh’s forgotten thriller is now available to watch on Prime Video

While anticipating the arrival of the Thunderbolts, an overlooked action-thriller starring Florence Pugh, The Commuter, has made a return on Prime Video.

In 2018, Pugh made one of her initial appearances on the big screen in a movie featuring Liam Neeson. Since you might not recall, it was an action-packed thriller directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, who is well-known for his work on the Carry-On series.

As a seasoned gamer, I’d rephrase it like this: “On my daily grind, I stumbled upon a lady shrouded in mystery during my usual commute. Little did I know, our chance encounter would lead me down a treacherous path of conspiracy and murder.

Following its absence, “The Commuter” has returned to Prime Video and can be streamed instantly by all subscribers at this moment.

In addition to Neeson and Pugh, the film also boasts stars such as Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson from The Conjuring, Jonathan Banks known for Breaking Bad, and Sam Neill famous for Jurassic Park.

Or more concisely:
The cast includes Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson (from The Conjuring), Jonathan Banks (Breaking Bad) and Sam Neill (Jurassic Park) alongside Neeson and Pugh.

If you don’t currently have a subscription to Prime Video, you could potentially watch the movie “The Commuter” at no cost by signing up for Amazon Prime’s 30-day free trial, which allows you to access its video content.

The deal is exclusive to individuals who are either brand-new subscribers or those who haven’t joined within the last year. By signing up, you’ll gain full access to all the perks that come with Amazon Prime, such as Prime Video, which typically costs £8.99 a month.

Needless to say, I’ve certainly skyrocketed to fame since then. I’ve graced the screen in blockbusters like “Black Widow,” “Oppenheimer,” and the upcoming “Dune: Part Two.” Notably, my role in “Little Women” even earned me an Oscar nomination.

In the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film, “Thunderbolts,” she will appear once more, this time as Yelena Boleva. Critics have likened a powerful sequence from this movie to the heart-wrenching scene in “Toy Story 3” where Woody and his friends face the incinerator.

The Commuter is streaming now on Prime Video.
