This Is the Worst
As an ardent admirer, I felt compelled to clear up a false rumor that’s been circulating about Married at First Sight star Jules Robinson. Contrary to some speculations, little Oliver, our cherished 4-year-old, is very much alive and well. Let’s keep the love and positive energy flowing for this wonderful family!
On Monday, the 42-year-old used Instagram to counter a rude online critic who spread untrue and painful remarks concerning her son, whom she co-parents with husband Cam Merchant.
On a Married at First Sight fan page, someone posted a photo from 2020 showing Cam and Jules with their newborn son, accompanied by the comment: “Farewell Oliver.” (This is implying that Oliver has died, which is not true.)
In a cruel remark, the troll asked, ‘Is this it over? Cam Merchant accuses partner Jules Robinson of his son’s unfortunate demise.’
Jules posted the harsh message and included a personal remark: ‘Even though some really nasty and false rumors have been spread about me, this takes the cake as the most offensive.’
The person who composed this post should feel embarrassed. If you recognize them, kindly inform. This post was forwarded to me by a family member, it comes from a Married at First Sight fan page.
(In this version, the sentence structure is simplified, and the tone is more polite while maintaining the original message.)

As a devoted follower, I’d like to share that Jules recently posted a video on her stories. In this clip, she’s cradling her adorable seven-month-old, Carter James. She kindly asks everyone to pause and consider their words before they post comments that might not be so wise or thoughtful.
Well, here’s something interesting: last Friday, I was speaking at an event, and people asked me quite a few questions regarding trolling and my strategies for handling it,” Jules started, with a hint of emotion in her voice.
‘And you know what, nine times out of ten, I’m always fine.
She added, “I’ve made sufficient personal improvements that enable me to safeguard myself and, moreover, I’m usually aware that their comments are typically focused on my appearance or style of dress.
Fun fact, it doesn’t faze me in the slightest. However, attacking my loved ones with such harsh words is quite unacceptable.
Could you clarify why you’re searching for images of Oliver when he was a baby? What’s the reason behind it?
It’s utterly senseless, and it would be wise for everyone to pause and reflect before engaging in such foolish acts,” she continued.
Indeed, I find myself feeling quite disheartened right now. As a parent, such remarks directed towards my kids are far from fair. To whoever you may be, your words reveal a lack of understanding and empathy, making me question your intelligence.

More recently, Cameron Merchant and Jules Robinson have opened up about a distressing hospital episode they went through together as a family.
On Monday evening, the pair from the 2019 season of the widely-watched Seven reality series disclosed that they urgently took their son Oliver to Northern Beaches Hospital.
Last month, Cam, aged 40, posted a picture on Instagram displaying Jules, who is 42 years old, caring for her wounded son.
In a hospital bed, with a cast on his face, the little boy named Oliver showed bravery as Jules presented him with a sweet treat.
Cameron explained that his son was a little overzealous during play time.
‘Didn’t expect to be here on a Monday evening,’ he wrote.
‘3 stitches later side of cheek…balance beam fail…tough lesson…balance better.’
Additionally, Jules posted a brief video on Instagram, which depicted the patient in high spirits, engaging in lively conversation from within a vehicle following their discharge from the hospital.
In this adorable video, Jules shared that her brave kiddo had made their fourth trip to the hospital over the past four years. ‘Three stitches needed,’ she noted.
‘He is quite the tough guy, with four hospital visits in just four years. At his daycare, he’s even managed to stack into the balance beam. He’s incredibly brave.’
2019 participants from Married At First Sight, a couple whose relationship has flourished since the series premiered, were blessed with a baby boy named Oliver in October 2020.
Last July, they expanded their family by welcoming their second son, Carter James, into their household.
Jules posted a series of touching photos showing her, Cam, and their newborn child, Ollie, caring for the baby after he was born. (or)
After the birth of their baby, Jules shared a heartwarming collection of photographs showcasing herself, Cam, and their son, Ollie, taking care of the newborn.
As a lifestyle guide, I’d say that the name Carter resonates deeply with me due to its symbolic meaning. It embodies qualities such as leadership, insight, accountability, and inventiveness – traits that reflect selfless service, noble ideals, and a strong sense of community spirit.
Following nearly six years as a couple, Jules and Cam have shared insights from their time on Married at First Sight and explained the potential impact it could have on individuals, describing them as mere ‘shadows’ or ‘remnants’ of their former selves.
Cam explained to Yahoo Lifestyle in August that ‘We felt it went exceptionally well because we had done extensive personal work beforehand. It seemed as though the universe had been preparing us by saying, “Now you are prepared for this.”‘
Jules added: ‘We’re forever grateful for our experience.
Inside, it became quite emotional. We ended up shedding tears, yet we are incredibly thankful for the enjoyable and extraordinary adventure that culminated in these moments.
