Holly Willoughby Stuns in Sparkling Gown as Dancing On Ice Final Faces Uncertain Future!

In a stunning white dress, Holly Willoughby exuded an otherworldly beauty as she commenced the live finale of Dancing On Ice 2025 on a Sunday evening.

The 44-year-old television presenter gracefully donned a shimmering, strapless white gown adorned with structure around the torso and a heart-shaped neckline.

The outfit she wore had an ombré design, transitioning from a silvery-glitter material at the top to a soft, flowing white tulle skirt that skimmed the ground beneath her.

In the final episode, Holly chose a subtle, elegant makeup style called “soft glam” and arranged her golden locks into loose, wavy curls.

The finale will feature footballer Anton Ferdinand (age 40), television host Michaela Strachan (age 58), and Coronation Street actor Sam Aston (age 31).

With obvious enthusiasm for the upcoming splendid event, Holly declared the three finalists as tonight’s winners on her social media platforms.

Here I am, excitedly counting down the hours until the grand finale of @dancingonice airs on ITV at 6:30pm! My heart is bursting with pride as I watch Michael Strachan (@strachan.michaela), Anton Ferdinand (@anton_ferdinand5), and Samia Gastor (@samaston93) grace the ice one last time for a chance to be crowned our Dancing on Ice Champion! To me, they are already champions, and I can’t wait to see them skate for your votes. Don’t forget to tune in and support these amazing celebrities! #DancingOnIceFinal #TeamChampions 🚀💃🏼🕺🏼

In last weekend’s semifinals, I found myself among those who were sent packing alongside my professional partner, Vanessa James. Regrettably, we narrowly missed securing a spot in the grand finale.

In this rephrased version, the TOWIE star, aged 34, found himself in the skate-off together with Anton, following the judges’ assignment for the contestants to incorporate a solo performance within their dance routines.

Despite his utmost tries, the judges – Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean, Oti Mabuse, and Jordan Banjo – ultimately chose to spare the former footballer, Anton.

Pondering over his time in the contest, Dan remarked: ‘It’s been truly remarkable, and I’m deeply appreciative. Tonight, we gave our all, and as I leave, I do so with my head held proudly.’

Despite impressive skating performances by Jordan’s dance group Diversity, the show was labeled as ‘boring’ by viewers who implored it to end. There were rumors that dwindling ratings might lead to the cancellation of the series.

According to a confidential source, there’s unease among insiders that declining audience numbers might lead to the cancellation of the ice-skating show, which has been broadcast for twenty years.

In the past two years, viewership for Dancing on Ice has decreased significantly, dropping by more than a million. The show’s 2023 debut attracted an audience of 4.1 million viewers, but not a single episode during this season has managed to pull in over 3 million viewers.

According to reports, there’s growing concern that Dancing on Ice might be coming to an end. It’s been around for almost 20 years, garnering a dedicated fanbase who truly adore the show. However, the unfortunate fact is, its viewer base isn’t large enough to sustain it anymore.

As a committed devotee, I find myself in a challenging situation where we urgently require more attendance, yet the audience numbers have dwindled to a level that makes it hard to defend the expenses associated with our endeavor.

A representative from ITV stated that since the team is deeply focused on the eagerly awaited final episode of Dancing on Ice, which airs this coming Sunday, they haven’t made any decisions yet.

Dancing On Ice final airs live on Sunday from 6.30pm on ITV1, ITVX, STV and STV Player.
