According to Pisciotta, West displayed an ongoing series of actions that were against the law, which involved sexual misconduct, gender discrimination, unwanted physical contact, offensive anti-Semitic remarks, and unjust dismissal towards his staff.
‘We will not rest until we get full and complete justice for her,’ she said.
As a devoted admirer, I embarked on my professional journey, initially teaming up with my esteemed mother, Allred. Together, we stood up for justice by representing a girl determined to join the Boy Scouts, and bravely taking on the Catholic Church in cases of sexual abuse.
In the year 2001, she chose to part ways with her previous job at the firm, and since then, she’s been active in television for nearly a decade. She served as a legal analyst on various channels such as CNN, MSNBC, Dr. Phil, and many others.
In 2010, Bloom established her independent practice in Los Angeles, frequently taking legal action against high-profile individuals, including celebrities, for alleged cases of sexual harassment.
One method she focused on was addressing issues with Bill Cosby and Congressman John Conyers, as well as assisting Blac Chyna in obtaining a restraining order against her former partner Rob Kardashian. However, this work came with the risk of receiving threatening messages.
She additionally took on the roles of both model and actress Mischa Barton, as well as several victims linked with Jeffrey Epstein, in their respective legal disputes. She maintained that she had not been cognizant of the more substantial allegations while working under his supervision; she was merely aware of his verbal remarks and outbursts.
Nevertheless, according to reports from The New York Times, it was suggested that she worked to discredit Weinstein’s accusers, a claim she refuted. Similarly, Ronan Farrow alleged that she attempted to hinder his investigations regarding Weinstein for The New Yorker.
In the aftermath of Griffin’s contentious photo session, during which she posed wearing a mask that looked like a decapitated Donald Trump, Bloom stood in as her representative.
Together, they held an unfortunate joint news conference which turned out poorly for Griffin, causing him to criticize Bloom on social media and assert that she was overcharged a significant amount, approximately $40,000, for merely two days of work.

Additionally, she defended numerous individuals who were victims of the wealthy pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, prior to his suicide in prison.
Yet, there were accusations against her for handling multiple confidential resolutions with individuals claiming sexual assault and harassment, these settlements often involved non-disclosure clauses.
She faced criticism for settling numerous cases of alleged sexual misconduct quietly with the help of confidentiality agreements.
Since at least June, West has been maintaining a more subtle presence in Japan alongside Censori, stating that he’s been focusing on creating a new album.
However, their shocking display occurred during the Grammy Awards on February 2, as they walked the red carpet together.

In November, Koorenny appealed to the court to legally serve West via email, alleging that he intentionally avoided personal service.
Previously, attorney Eduardo Martorell submitted documents to represent the Yeezy companies (owned by West), who share defendant status in Pisciotta’s ongoing lawsuit.
It is unclear who, if anyone, is representing West personally.

‘Drugged and raped’ future assistant
The core accusation against the individual known as Pisciotta was that he had drugged and sexually assaulted her prior to their employment relationship – a claim he supposedly made only during the final stages of his tenure as her superior.
She asserted that she had encountered West after he extended an invitation to her music-artist client for a joint studio session and party he organized alongside his friend Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

In time, Pisciotta found out that the reason her client was unable to discuss that particular night was due to being deeply traumatized and distressed.
For many years, she thought a studio assistant had drugged her, but fortunately, no molestation occurred. However, she supposedly discovered the actual details from West.
It was asserted that just prior to terminating her employment in November 2022, he was infuriated by a remark his former wife had made, suggesting he was involved in an affair with Pisciotta during his marriage.
In the court case, the ex-wife’s identity wasn’t disclosed, however, it’s known that West had only two wives apart from his current one, Censori; the other being Kim Kardashian, who finalized their divorce earlier this year in 2022.
Pisciotta conveyed to West that she intended to clarify things with Kardashian via a text message, as it seemed Kardashian might have misunderstood their situation.
Instead, she asserted that West had forbidden her from sending a message refuting their alleged intimacy, which was linked to the incident at the Santa Monica party.
‘We did kind of hook up a little one time,’ the lawsuit claimed West told her.
In my expert opinion, I’d like to clarify an event that was mentioned in the lawsuit. To put it simply, I recall a situation when I found myself spending time with Pisciotta, following an incident where she had unknowingly consumed drugs. This encounter, as stated in the legal document, is what some might refer to as ‘hooking up’.
Pisciotta asserted that West informed Kardashian they had a liaison, however, he failed to disclose the actual details and the full extent of his actions towards her.
If Kardashian had been informed that Pisciotta was indeed drugged and sexually assaulted by Kanye West, she wouldn’t have made the contested remark, according to the lawsuit.
In a surprised statement, Pisciotta asserted that she informed West she couldn’t recall the events of that particular night. West allegedly chuckled in response, commenting, “That’s just what women like to say,” before diverting the conversation topic.
Additionally, Pisciotta asserted that he persistently attempted to force himself on her sexually again, and whenever she declined, he came very close to committing another act of sexual assault.

After a while, he became frustrated and weary due to her refusal to accept his advances, specifically him placing his private parts near her face and closed mouth, which only opened under duress when asked to cease, according to the lawsuit.
On November 13, 2022, during a Post Malone concert in Inglewood, California, Pisciotta alleges that West assaulted her – an incident occurring several weeks following her termination.
She asserted that when West got near enough to her, he wrapped his hand around her throat and neck tightly, squeezed forcefully, and violently dragged her towards his chest.
He then said into her ear: ‘I always knew what I would do to you if I ever saw you again.’
In his account, Pisciotta asserted that he tightened her neck more forcefully and delved his tongue into her ear, swirling it around.
Depraved West ‘told Bianca Censori he wanted sex with her mother’
In simple terms, Pisciotta’s lawsuit asserted that West exhibited traits such as predatory behavior, aggression, compulsion, vulgarity, perversion, and a chilling level of calculation.
He was labeled as a ‘calculated and cruel manipulator,’ leveraging his celebrity status and influence to satisfy his relentless sexual cravings and animalistic urges, which seemed to have few limits.
The legal action alleged that he frequently engaged in sexual activities with employees, as well as a changing group of visitors, within the premises of his Yeezy enterprise’s offices.
Workers were instructed to set up temporary sleeping areas using a mattress, some pillows, and a blanket within a room or even a small closet.

On September 13, 2022, it is said that he texted Pisciotta regarding a well-known fashion model whom he desired intimacy with, and asked her to model for his sunglasses advertisement campaign.
‘Which of the two popular young fashion models is more suitable for me? Can you help me find a polite way to express that I have romantic feelings for her mother?’
Another time on June 14, 2022, he allegedly texted her about a sexual encounter with a model.
In his text message, he expressed that she might appreciate having someone to watch her, as if she’s performing – a captivated audience, he found amusing. The lawsuit alleges this was stated.
Once, Pisciotta shared that there was a hold-up concerning Japanese work visas, and she mentioned that his response consisted of an unusual sequence of messages.
‘So I’ll come back to LA. I do wanna see my kids,’ he wrote, before reverting to type.

Pisciotta asserted that Kanye West leveraged his business ties with firms such as Adidas and Gap to arrange work visas, allegedly for the purpose of bringing women into the United States for immoral reasons.
At his companies, they received unclear or vague job titles, and were required to sign non-disclosure agreements concerning their work experiences.
I couldn’t help but be shamelessly forthright with Pisciotta and the team, sharing grisly accounts and capturing everything on film for a comprehensive view, according to the lawsuit.
The legal action alleged that West frequently presented his romantic associates, staff members, and the women he allegedly trafficked as “generous offerings” to his peers and business associates. This practice was reportedly done to boost his image and self-esteem, as well as to secure advantages during business dealings.

The designer rose to confront West, stating that he had learned about the Holocaust and found it unacceptable to comply with the request.

As a devoted admirer putting it in my own words, I’ve come to understand that sources near and dear to the West family have revealed that he has been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. This condition, I believe, has significantly influenced his dramatic shifts in mood and peculiar conduct that we’ve all observed.
In simpler terms, the lawsuit outlined that on occasions when Pisciotta had engaged in excessive sex parties, he would quickly assess his shameful and unlawful actions and lifestyle, reflect upon his family and kids, and feel remorse, desiring to atone in some manner.
Afterward, he entered periods where he acted in a manner resembling a deity. He insisted on a strict code of conduct, prohibiting swearing, drinking, and sexual activities. Furthermore, all women in his presence were expected to dress modestly, to avoid any potential enticement for him.
They never lasted long and his vices would return ‘with a vengeance’.
In one of these periods, Pisciotta’s lawsuit stated that he asked her to remove her OnlyFans account because he believed it would elevate her to a divine status, and he had concerns that it might affect his bid for the U.S. presidency.
Afterward, he started fixating on likening her to people in Donald Trump’s team and advised her to emulate their behavior, suggesting she reach out to one of them for guidance.
He mentioned that her involvement with OnlyFans might prevent him from getting elected, yet he also acknowledged that it posed an excessive temptation for him as another factor.
Pisciotta claimed she deleted it after he promised her an extra $1 million.
Instead, this was a stark change from the times he boastfully mentioned her OnlyFans account during professional business gatherings when she joined.
Pisciotta asserted that she had been labeled as the most intelligent and attractive assistant ever, in addition to being a wealthy individual and a prominent figure on OnlyFans.
She claimed her social media and ‘tasteful’ OnlyFans earned her $1 million a year by themselves.
Promoted to chief of staff with $4 million salary
At the heart of Pisciotta’s lawsuit regarding unfair dismissal lies her assertion that West appointed her as his chief of staff while offering a salary of $4 million.
The lawsuit she filed stated that the incident occurred on September 13, 2022, and due to her satisfaction, she informed numerous acquaintances, among them being her close companion, Jay-Z.
He sent Pisciotta a screenshot of the exchange, the lawsuit claimed.
He reported that everything was okay and asked if things were going well too. He also mentioned that he had appointed Lauren Pisciotta as his chief of staff and suggested a meeting between her and [name withheld], as he believed they would understand each other, according to the lawsuit.
Jay-Z responded with a peace sign: “Everything’s good here! Sending you and your family my best wishes! Your recognition brought a big smile to my face! Congratulations!
On the very same day, Pisciotta asserted that he had texted her about her new salary: “I’m increasing your salary by 3 million dollars… from now on, you hold the title of my official chief of staff.
Yet, it’s important to note that prior to the promotion, her salary was not without its price – an increased workload and persistent instances of sexual harassment, as she allegedly stated.
She was expected to be on call around the clock, requiring her to ask for time away, even for basic activities such as sleeping, taking a shower, or visiting a doctor, and provide extensive explanations for doing so.
On one occasion, she proposed attending a Pilates session, and since he was feeling particularly amiable, he agreed – albeit with an apparently distasteful message.
He frequently referred to Pisciotta as his “confidant” and would make her listen, usually in silence, for extended periods of time as he spoke at length about various topics.
Instead of carrying a wallet, money, credit cards, or any form of identification, West always ensured that all payments were taken care of wherever she visited.
On another occasion, he found himself quite captivated by a pair of leggings she had worn to work previously, which he affectionately referred to as her “special pants.” Intriguingly, he even persuaded her to purchase these specific leggings for the women he intended to be intimate with.
Constant sexual harassment
Pisciotta explained that West seemed to have an intense interest in having a romantic relationship with her, and he employed various strategies and tactics in an attempt to win her over.
He didn’t make her annoyed, instead, he found her frustrations intriguing and exciting – it felt like a challenge to him, as she put it.
West on June 15, 2022, complained in a text to Pisciotta: ‘I always get money. I never get Lauren’.
On her birthday, which fell on August 17, 2022, he firmly requested that she deliver his passport to him in person, specifically at the Aman Hotel located in New York City.
She asserted that the action was taken solely to ensure she celebrated her birthday with him, and moreover, he desired a warm embrace from her.
Many other sick texts and disturbing alleged incidents were described in her original lawsuit.
The lawsuit alleged that even minor actions, such as a worker wearing the incorrect color or an exclamation point in a text message, were capable of propelling him into a violent and alarming fit of anger.
The lawsuit alleges that ‘He has often experienced acts such as bullying, harassment, public shaming, outbursts, and other intimidating methods.’
He frequently employs these strategies in various settings – be it publicly or privately – when engaging with Pisciotta, family members, renowned female musicians, influential public figures, high-ranking bank executives, members of the Jewish faith, former and current staff and executives at his companies as well as Adidas and Gap, and even Chase Bank presidents and board members – to secure his desired outcomes.
In simpler terms, it means that according to Pisciotta, well-known musicians, singers, rappers, as well as some of Kanye’s friends and colleagues, expressed concern about his behavior towards her to the extent that they inquired if she was alright or required assistance.
In those instances when he wasn’t being abusive or excessively flirtatious, he seemed to offer sincere compliments instead.
Pisciotta demonstrated his appreciation for her work by elevating her position to chief of staff, offering a substantial wage increase along the way.
In important professional gatherings, she asserted that West described her as the inspiration behind his Yeezy Season 1 line.
On one occasion, when the fashion-forward individual I am had successfully secured a dinner date with a model who had long intrigued me, I expressed my gratitude – albeit, in an unsettling manner.
According to the lawsuit, he allegedly wrote, ‘Dining out with [model]. I appreciate your continued faith in me. I am thinking of you deeply. My gratitude goes out to you, not just for me, but for my brand.’
A lawyer representing West declined to provide a comment right away when DailyMail.com asked for one following the latest court document submission.
