James Norton’s “perfectly addictive” and “twisty” five-star drama lands new streaming home

Disney+ now has all four episodes of the drama Playing Nice, starring James Norton, which first appeared on ITV just over a year ago.

The show centers around two sets of parents who find out their three-year-old sons were accidentally switched at the hospital as babies. They’re now faced with the difficult decision of whether to keep the child they’ve raised as their own or exchange him for their biological son.

Initially, everyone gets along and reaches a friendly understanding. However, problems arise when one of the couples goes too far.

The show features a talented cast including Niamh Algar, known for The Iris Affair, James McArdle from Andor, Jessica Brown Findlay of Downton Abbey, and Posy Sterling who appeared in World on Fire, alongside Norton.

When Digital Spy first reviewed the show, we gave it a perfect five-star rating, calling it “Playing Nice – the kind of show that gets stuck in your head, frustratingly, completely, and addictively.”
