Netflix’s Grey’s Anatomy-style show drops official trailer: “Your new medical drama obsession”
The brand-new medical drama on Netflix, titled “Pulse“, has officially released its trailer, hinting at a series that is likely to captivate and obsess its audience.
This series, often compared to “Grey’s Anatomy”, narrates tales of crises, facility lockdowns, and interwoven romantic relationships amidst the staff of a bustling Miami trauma center, as they strive to harmonize their demanding careers with their personal lives.
Prior to its release on April 3rd, Netflix has finally revealed the initial teaser, displaying the staff at the trauma center grappling with the suspension of their superior. Simultaneously, they must find a new leader while managing external forces.

In the storyline, as a hurricane threatens Miami’s most active trauma center for Level 1 emergencies, third-year resident Dr Danny Simms (Willa Fitzgerald) finds himself unexpectedly elevated to a higher position when Chief Resident Dr Xander Phillips (Colin Woodell) is temporarily suspended.
In the face of deteriorating weather conditions and a surge of serious cases, the hospital enforces lockdown, forcing Danny and Phillips to collaborate as they juggle their professional duties with their budding romance. For this close-knit team of medical professionals, the challenge of saving lives is sometimes less complex than managing their own personal lives.
Beyond Fitzgerald and Woodell, the cast of the series titled “Pulse” also features Justina Machado, Jack Bannon, Jessie T Usher, and Daniela Nieves. Zoe Robyn and Carlton Cuse are the joint showrunners for this production.
In Robyn’s words from the series, as shared by Tudum, “You wouldn’t prefer being in a hospital, but if you had to be, this is the place you’d choose. It’s these people you’d want taking care of you.” This was stated prior to delving into the central romance between Danny and Xander.
We consistently aimed to portray their office romance as genuine, exploring the complexities inherent in such a situation. The series, Pulse, delves into the challenges and rewards of working under intense conditions, highlighting both the perils and the delightful aspects of their relationship.
Pulse premieres on Netflix on April 3.
