Calling Enola Holmes fans! Millie Bobby Brown drops exciting update on third movie

Millie Bobby Brown has shared an exciting update on Enola Holmes 3.

As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to share that the talented actor from “Stranger Things” takes on the role of the main protagonist in the Netflix film series. Remarkably, this character happens to be the younger sibling of the legendary detective, Sherlock Holmes!

Brown recently disclosed during her conversation with Collider that she’ll be diving into the production of the third film shortly.

She mentioned that she will be part of “Enola Holmes 3” this year, and they are set to begin filming soon. She is really looking forward to it.

The actor hinted that we’ll need to stay tuned to find out if Henry Cavill will return as Sherlock, by saying cryptically: “Time will tell.

Previously, there had been an announcement about some adjustments happening backstage for the upcoming sequel. Specifically, Philip Barantini will now be directing instead of Harry Bradbeer, who was in charge of the first two parts.

In 2020, the initial film titled “Enola Holmes” was launched, garnering both audience and critical acclaim, eventually leading to its sequel that was released in 2022.

Approximately a year later, it was officially announced by Scott Stuber, the head of films at Netflix, that they were working on the third movie.

At one point, he remarked, “The Holmes IP has a strange flexibility to it.” He went on to explain that Warner Bros had done an outstanding job with Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law in their portrayal of the characters, making the notion that we can expand this franchise with her character particularly intriguing.

We’re back at it with another script draft, aiming for success. Yes, I’m eager to work on another project.

Upcoming events are quite packed for Brown as he’s about to launch the Netflix movie titled “The Electric State” this month, and the last season of “Stranger Things” is expected this year.

Enola Holmes 3 is yet to confirm a release date.
