CBS Confirms Ghosts Companion Series Ahead of Series Finale

Next season, the popular show Ghosts will be joined by a new companion series. CBS has greenlit Eternally Yours for the 2026-27 TV season, but decided not to move forward with another comedy pilot called The Tillbrooks.

The new series, Eternally Yours, is a family comedy filmed with a single camera. It stars Ed Weeks and Allegra Edwards as Charles and Liz, a vampire couple who’ve been married for 500 years, but their relationship has lost its spark.

The new series follows a quirky group of witches living in modern Seattle who are stuck in a monotonous routine. Everything changes when their daughter brings home a genuine, down-to-earth boyfriend, making them question if their relationship can truly last forever – or if ‘forever’ is just another way of saying they’re trapped.

Created by the team behind the popular show Ghosts, Eternally Yours was always intended to complement it. Both sitcoms share the same showrunners, Joe Port and Joe Wiseman, and are filmed in Montreal, making them natural companion pieces. Ghosts has been a hit on the network since 2021.

Helen J Shen, Jaren Lewison, Parker Young, Rose Abdoo, Tristan Michael Brown, and Shylo Molina are also series regulars on the show.
