Dead by Daylight to Bid Farewell to Hellraiser Chapter and Pinhead in April
The gaming company Behaviour Interactive has disclosed that the character Hellraiser will depart from Dead by Daylight within the upcoming month. This implies that Pinhead’s gruesome soul-tearing acts will no longer occur in the popular asymmetrical multiplayer horror game.
As a devoted fan, I’m sharing some bittersweet news about one of my favorite games, “Dead by Daylight.” Being a live service game, it’s not uncommon for changes to happen unexpectedly. Regrettably, such an instance has arisen. It’s with a heavy heart that we announce the removal of the Hellraiser Chapter from the game. From April 4th, 11 AM ET onwards, you’ll no longer be able to unlock the iconic character, Pinhead, or The Cenobite, as he is known in the game.
If you currently have the Cenobite, along with his add-ons and appearances (including The Chatterer Legendary Outfit), you’ll continue to retain these items. However, if you wish to obtain all the Hellraiser content in Dead by Daylight, you can still do so and receive a 50% discount until it is permanently removed from the game. Purchasing him from the in-game store will also grant you the exclusive Lament Configuration Charm.
Hellraiser will be leaving Dead by Daylight from 4th April.
