Delve into a fresh viewpoint within the Pokémon universe, following Haru and Psyduck’s journey as they encounter an array of additional visitors at the Pokémon Resort!
In September 2025, you can look forward to additional episodes of the well-liked stop-motion animation series, Pokémon Concierge, becoming available on Netflix, as revealed during the Pokémon Presents live broadcast.
Following over a year’s break, the team behind Pokémon Concierge is back in action, preparing new episodes to continue the narrative of Haru, a girl who manages the Pokémon Resort – an idyllic destination where both humans and Pokémon can unwind and build friendships.

A slice-of-life series that highlights the peaceful side of the Pokémon world
As a devoted fan, I’d like to share my enthusiasm for the captivating tale of “Pokémon Concierge”. This intriguing spin-off offered an entirely fresh perspective on the world of Pokémon, delighting viewers with its distinctive take on their lives. The visuals were a calming balm, beautifully crafted to soothe the senses, while the narrative veered away from the customary competitive and high-intensity storylines often seen in the main Pokémon anime series. Instead, it offered a heartwarming, emotional journey that truly resonated with many of us fans.

Due to the complexity of producing stop-motion animation, Pokémon Concierge has only four available episodes thus far, but fans are eager for more since its debut in December 2023. Luckily, The Pokémon Company quickly shared exciting news about upcoming Pokémon Concierge episodes, making it the lead announcement during the Pokémon Presents livestream.
And apparently, it’s not the only news that people should be excited about.

You can watch Pokémon Concierge episodes 1-4 on YouTube for a limited time!
If you haven’t signed up for Netflix just yet, you have a chance to stream all the episodes of Pokémon Concierge at no cost on the official Pokémon YouTube channel before March 9th.
You can access the free episodes from various countries, with a special focus on the United States. To explore all available content, head over to the official Pokémon YouTube channel and take a look at the “Pokémon Concierge” playlist.
