Clint Rice Confirms He’s Dating Jacqui Burfoot Just Weeks After Leaving Married At First Sight
On Married At First Sight, Lauren Hall seemed dejected when her on-screen spouse, Clint Rice, publicly acknowledged his relationship with another contestant, Jacqui Burfoot.
On Monday, the MAFS bride, aged 37, seemed weary and disheartened as she was seen sorting through boxes from a vehicle at her business storage unit in Brisbane.
On the show, it’s Lauren who runs Mayfair Lane Gifts, a corporate gifting company, as she partners up with the professional golfer.
Instead of the reality star’s choice, let’s say they selected a plain white t-shirt and dark navy trousers, completed with sandals as footwear.
Lauren kept her makeup natural bar her heavily-placed concealer to hide her dark under eyes.
In an exclusive chat with Daily Mail Australia, Lauren’s spouse revealed that they are presently involved with another Married at First Sight contestant, Jacqui, and shared some remarkable reasons for their departure from the show.

On Monday, Clint openly discussed the couple’s failed effort to depart from the retreat using a helicopter, following a string of heated arguments with their fellow cast members.
During the interview, it was apparent that Jacqui, his latest partner, was present in the background, giving a subtle nod to their relationship.
The groom from Married at First Sight asserted that the getaway became a turmoil, filled with continuous arguments and cast members attempting to draw attention by exaggerating their behavior for the benefit of the cameras, in order to increase their on-screen presence.
According to Clint, tensions had been brewing for weeks, but the retreat was the tipping point.
‘We couldn’t stand being around these people anymore,’ he admitted.
‘The fights were non-stop, and a lot of them were just for show. It was unbearable.’
Due to the living conditions becoming intolerable, Clint and Lauren devised an exciting escape plan – they would depart in the most theatrical manner, via helicopter.
‘We were done,’ he admitted.

We considered the option of hiring a helicopter to escape from that place, such was our strong desire to depart.
Despite the plan not succeeding in the end, the couple decided to skip the upcoming dinner party entirely – a surprising action that’s quite uncommon on Married at First Sight.
‘We told them, “We’ll do dinner, but we’re not doing that,”‘ Clint said.
‘So they set up cameras in our apartment instead.’
Even though they had signaled their departure from the performance, Clint disclosed that producers persistently attempted to persuade them to remain.
Several manufacturers implored us earnestly not to proceed, and they did their utmost to dissuade us. He clarified this.
Even Channel Nine’s executive producer John Walsh personally reached out.
Clint chuckled as he suggested, “How about we deliver some tracksuits and popcorn to you instead? Come join our dinner party, relax, and unwind.
‘That’s how desperate they were.’
But the couple stood firm.
‘We were done,’ Clint said bluntly.
‘We left Sydney the next day and never looked back.’
Clint and Lauren’s decision to leave the show with significant disclosures has the potential to be remembered as one of the most contentious episodes in the chronicles of “Married At First Sight.
