Drake has set yet another streaming record as he takes home a new Spotify accolade.
It was revealed by ChartData that The Boy has broken all previous records to become the first artist ever to reach over 110 billion streams on Spotify. This milestone came shortly after he and PARTYNEXTDOOR released their joint album, $ome $exy $ongs 4 U, which garnered an impressive 56.6 million streams in its initial day. The album’s release marked the second-highest streaming debut of 2025, trailing only behind The Weeknd’s Hurry Up Tomorrow.
The newest record debuted at the top of the Billboard 200, raking in approximately 246,000 equivalent album units during its first week. This achievement places Drake among three artists – Taylor Swift and JAY-Z included – who have 14 number one albums each. The Beatles lead with 19 chart-topping albums, leaving Drake just five records behind.
