On Sunday, Zoe Saldana drew attention with an unconventional choice, revealing her nipples under a semi-transparent Oscar dress.

The dress boasted an intricate design, featuring a nuanced nude-toned upper section adorned with detailing, and a layered, maroon-hued skirt that evoked a vintage feel reminiscent of an Audrey Hepburn-style gown from the past.

But on closer inspection, it looks like Zoe was showing more than her good sense of style.

In multiple instances, the upper portion appears almost transparent, revealing both her nipples and the contour of her bust.

At primetime, on a network commonly watched by kids, it’s inappropriate for a significant award ceremony to occur.

The Oscar producers will face an interesting task, needing to either pan away from Zoe’s dress or focus in on her face should she ascend onto the stage.

She has been nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Emilia Perez.

If the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) believes there was excessive exposure during the Academy Awards broadcast, they might impose a fine on the organizers.

It is a violation of federal law to air obscene programming at any time. 

It’s illegal under federal law to air inappropriate or offensive content on the radio during specific time periods. This includes any explicit, suggestive, or vulgar speech, as stated in Section 18 U.S.C. 1464. Violators could face fines, imprisonment, or both.

In previous award ceremonies, Jennifer Lopez opted for a see-through dress that revealed her cleavage.

The cameramen had to zoom in on her face when she was on stage.

It’s possible that Zoe didn’t mean to expose so much cleavage on such an important evening for her, being a notable actress. However, she opted for a bold, naked-inspired ensemble for the latest issue of Harper’s Bazaar magazine.

The Avatar actress took as her guest her husband Marco Perego.

Together Zoe and Marco have three children. 

A month ago, Saldana lauded her fellow nominees while accepting the Critics Choice Award for Best Supporting Actress for Emilia Perez. In simpler terms, this means that a month ago, Saldana thanked and complimented her fellow nominees when she won the award for Best Supporting Actress at the Critics Choice Awards for her role as Emilia Perez.

In a competitive field that included Danielle Deadwyler, Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor, Ariana Grande, Margaret Qualley, and Isabella Rossellini, the actress, aged 46, emerged victorious to receive the award for her performance in ‘Emilia Pérez’ at the awards ceremony held at Barker Hanger in Los Angeles.

In a heartfelt manner, she addressed her fellow nominees, expressing her awe at the exceptional films this year and the impressive work everyone has done. She proudly acknowledged that it’s an honor to be in their company. She expressed gratitude towards everyone involved. Although she couldn’t see them, she emphasized that they were all outstanding. In simpler terms, she said they were fantastic. She also mentioned that she usually doesn’t focus much on movie critics but promised to listen to their opinions tonight and accept this recognition with pride.

In a nutshell, when faced with negative comments about a performance or movie, people advise against reading reviews. However, when positive feedback rolls in, the same folks ask if you read them. I acknowledge the role of critics, and yes, I do read them at times. I particularly value the constructive criticism that helps me improve, such as ‘Her crying is quite noticeable’ or ‘She appears too blue.’ Tonight, I will heed your advice and accept this recognition with honor. Thank you.

It’s heartwarming to reflect on how ‘Emilia Pérez’, the small film that punched above its weight, has touched so many hearts. I owe a debt of gratitude to my family, particularly my extraordinary husband and my nephew who is here tonight. They are instrumental in shaping me into who I am today. At the award ceremony led by Chelsea Handler, Emilia Pérez received both Best Foreign Language Film and Best Song for her work on ‘El Mal’. In addition, two other films, ‘Conclave’ and ‘Wicked’, were nominated for 11 awards apiece. Both ‘Dune: Part Two’ and ‘Emilia Pérez’ garnered 10 nominations each.
