If this Pokemon inflicts damage on an already-frozen opponent whose HP is less than a specified threshold, the opponent immediately faints. Whenever this Pokemon performs an action, it receives a protective barrier, which also increases its crystal meter. This barrier can be accumulated up to twice in total.
When this Pokemon employs the moves Whirlpool or Surf, the path these abilities traverse gets submerged. If the Pokemon is stationary within a flooded region, the rival Pokemon in that same flooded area will also solidify and become immobilized.
Ability 1 – Water Pulse
The user can emit a burst of water in a chosen direction, causing harm to adjacent Pokémon and pushing them back. Additionally, this power leaves the affected Pokémon wet as a marker.

Upon reaching Level 5, Suicune can select either of the following two moves:

At Level 7, either of these two moves becomes available:
