Naomi Campbell Stuns in Racy Corset and Fur Coat at Milan Fashion Week!

At the Acqua Fiuggi & Vogue Italia Dinner in Milan on Friday, Naomi Campbell exuded an air of self-assuredness, turning heads with her bold appearance.

54-year-old model graced the red carpet in a black corset paired with a long, see-through gown, joining other celebrities at the yearly gathering.

Naomi’s revealing outfit, featuring a corset accentuated by a boned waistline and displaying both her voluptuous upper body and long, slim legs, definitely turned heads.

She momentarily revealed a peek of her undershadow, hidden subtly under the semi-transparent skirt, while adding an extra dose of allure with a voluminous, snowy white fur coat.

Naomi enhanced her 5-foot-10 stature by donning black, sharp-tipped heels, and adorned herself with a thick necklace choker and sparkling diamond rings as jewelry.

Instead of keeping her long, dark hair loose, she gathered it into a sleek, braided ponytail and accentuated her natural beauty by choosing a fresh, dewy makeup look.

It comes after the mum-of-two stepped out for a shopping spree earlier in the day.

In search of fun and age-appropriate treasures for my little ones that would make our journey even more enjoyable.

Naomi, a trailblazer in the fashion world, has been dominating the catwalk for more than forty years. She stands as a symbol of diversity, shattering racial boundaries within the industry.

In the 1990s, she was among the leading five supermodels, and moreover, she became the first black model to appear on numerous editions of Vogue magazine.

Beyond modelling, Naomi is a philanthropist and activist. 

In 2005, I launched Fashion For Relief with a mission close to my heart – using the glamour of fashion shows as a platform to gather resources for humanitarian efforts worldwide.

Nevertheless, due to the discovery of severe financial mismanagement at Fashion for Relief, an organization Naomi established, she was barred from serving as a charity trustee for a period of five years.

This involved channeling charitable donations towards covering the costs of her luxury accommodations at a five-star hotel in Cannes, France, along with spa services, room service, and cigarettes.

Among the three trustees of the charity, she was the one who got disqualified following the investigation conducted by the Charity Commission, the body responsible for overseeing charities in England and Wales.

At that moment, she expressed deep worry about the regulator’s conclusions, further mentioning that she did not have authority over her charity as she had handed over control to a lawyer.

2021 saw the launch of an investigation by the commission concerning Fashion for Relief, a charity that was later disbanded and struck off the list of recognized charities in the previous year.

The purpose was to establish a platform that would bring together the fashion industry, with the objective of alleviating poverty, improving health and education, by providing funds to other organizations and contributing resources during worldwide crises.

It hosted fundraising events to generate income, including in Cannes and London.

According to the investigation by the regulatory body, it was determined that approximately 8.5% of the charity’s total spending from April 2016 to July 2022 went towards charitable grants.

According to the probe, it appeared that the trustees did not take steps to guarantee the fundraising techniques benefited the charity, nor did they seem to spend a proportionate amount of money compared to the revenue they produced.

Additionally, it was indicated that certain fundraising expenses were either unethical actions or poor management, as overseen by the charity’s board of directors.

This expense also encompassed a flight costing approximately 14,800 euros (equivalent to around £12,300), which was for transporting artwork and jewelry from London to Nice, in connection with a fundraising event held in Cannes during the year 2018.

Additionally, they examined the allocation of approximately £7,800 from charitable resources towards a luxurious three-night hotel stay for Naomi, specifically one offering five-star service.

In retrospect of last year, I, being an ardent admirer, find myself compelled to acknowledge that my idol, the supermodel, admitted to falling short of her responsibilities as a trustee. She hinted that perhaps she wasn’t as actively involved in the daily affairs of the charity as she ought to have been.

However, she consistently asserted that she did not participate in any financial wrongdoing or abuse the charity over the challenging nine-year period.
