Kim K’s $825 Self-Portrait Tee Sparks Buzz in Fashion Collab with Balenciaga!
Kim Kardashian has a pricey new item in her wardrobe.
This is a Balenciaga T-shirt, priced at $825, featuring three images of its designer on the front, along with her signature on the back.
On Friday, she posted two images of herself wearing a large-sized T-shirt (as advertised), which she shared on her Instagram Story.
The founder of SKIMS, aged 44, posted a picture with the caption ‘Balenciaga Fall 25’, sporting a serene expression seated on a sofa near a stack of Kim K shirts.
The shirt belongs to a collection called “Brand Ambassador Fan Club Series” by the French fashion house, and it was launched on Friday.
Besides Kim, you’ll also find T-shirts featuring the faces of other Balenciaga celebrities, such as Isabelle Huppert, Michelle Yeoh, Nicole Kidman, and Thai actor PP Krit Amnuaydechkorn.
The Paris fashion brand’s announcement says: ‘Drawing inspiration from retro fan club memorabilia, we’ve created a collection showcasing old-style figurative artworks honoring our Ambassadors.’
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I find that a unique touch like having a printed signature at the back of a t-shirt mirrors the authenticity of a permanent marker autograph on cherished fan items. It instills a sense of personal connection, as if receiving an autographed memento from your favorite actress or musician.
Kim has long been associated with Balenciaga and has been a brand ambassador since January 2024.
Kim adores the Balenciaga brand above all others, and she’s not shy about showing it. She’s demonstrated this affection in numerous ways, such as gracing a ready-to-wear fashion show wearing only the Balenciaga logo on packaging tape, artfully arranged to accentuate her figure.
Apart from that, she was seen at the Met Gala alongside the brand’s creative director Demna, and she’s featured in multiple advertising campaigns for the same label.

Over the festive season of 2022, I found myself at the center of a controversy regarding my holiday advertising campaign. The images depicted very young children carrying plush toys attired in bondage-style apparel, leading to allegations of inappropriate behavior or pedophilia. However, it was essential to clarify that our intention was never to cause offense or harm, and the campaign was intended as a playful and creative exploration of childhood innocence and fantasy.
Kim spoke out about the controversy at the time.

It’s essential that we prioritize the safety of children above all else, and any actions aimed at justifying or making acceptable the mistreatment of children in any form are unacceptable and should not be tolerated within our community.

After falsely identifying a man in a photo she shared on social media, Kim now faces additional legal issues that demand her attention.
She stated that the man identified as Ivan Cantu, aged 60, a project manager at Morgan Stanley residing in Westchester, bears the same name as an individual currently on death row in Texas, awaiting execution.
Presently, legal representatives of the falsely accused Cantu have initiated a defamation and slander suit against Kardashian, alleging that she not only made false statements but also inflicted substantial emotional distress upon him due to the misunderstanding.
According to Cantu’s legal team, it is scarcely imaginable how someone’s reputation could be more severely damaged than by falsely accusing them of taking the lives of two individuals.
As a devoted admirer, I find myself compelled to share that the lawsuit alleges Kardashian knowingly posted the content, displaying negligence, recklessness, and disregard for accepted ethical and moral guidelines.
According to reports, Cantu experienced feelings of embarrassment, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and sought counseling as a consequence of her actions.
