How to compete in Hearthstone esports
As a passionate gamer, I’m excited for the two paths to compete in Hearthstone esports tournaments in 2025. The first route is climbing the ranked ladder. To secure a spot, I need to finish among the top 100 during a specific qualifying phase, which will earn me some valuable competitive points.
Hearthstone Open Qualifier events
For the second choice, there are scheduled to be three Open Qualifier tournaments where competitors can participate. The top four players who excel in an Open Qualifier will progress into a Masters Tour Playoffs event. The initial Open Qualifier event takes place from March 21 to March 23. As for the rules for this year, you can find the official version published here.
Hearthstone Masters Tour Playoffs 2025
Regarding the Masters Tour Playoffs this year, there will be a total of three events taking place. Each region will host one tournament. The participants for these competitions will consist of 50 players who have amassed the most competitive points and those who finished in the top 4 of an Open Qualifier. The top 3 finishers from each Masters Tour Playoff event will qualify for that period’s Hearthstone Masters Tour Championship.
