Jeremy Clarkson’s Diddly Squat Farm Shop Set to Reopen After Major Refurbishment!
Fans are thrilled as Jeremy Clarkson announces that his Diddly Squat Farm Shop will resume operations this coming Saturday.
The former Top Gear presenter, 64, first opened the farm shop, in Chadlington, in 2020.
However, he disclosed in December that his establishment would be temporarily closing from January to February, without specifying the cause. A temporary pop-up shop will operate at his pub, The Farmer’s Dog, throughout this period.
Delighting its fans, it was announced earlier this week that Diddly Squat Farm Shop will resume operations on Saturday, marking an end to its winter hiatus.
During its closure, the store received an update or facelift, with its famous sign getting a fresh coat of paint.
3 more days until Diddly Squat Farm Shop resumes operation after its winter closure; this is what Clarkson posted as a caption for his photo of the sign.

The team has put in a great effort to repair and update things, making them seem brand new again. Take a peek for yourself! We’ll be opening our doors on both Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Regular operating hours will be back starting next week.
Fans took to the comments to say: ‘Excellent news, our guests love visiting you♥️,’;
It’s fantastic that the efforts with the council proved valuable. Here’s to making this year even more splendid than before!
1. ‘This looks fantastic! Wishing you an exceptional year, making it your best one so far.’
2. ‘We had a marvelous time here last year! Anticipating our return soon for another great experience!’
Recently, there’s been a buzz following a viral clip showing that Clarkson has set the price of a pie at his farm shop and pub at £200.
A video posted on Instagram, taken within the well-known Oxfordshire Diddly Squat store, showcases a massive meat pie that retails for an astonishing £199.99.
In a video presented by The Skeptics Take, they demonstrated a pie with its price tag, stating something along the lines of: ‘A pie costing 200 pounds worth of ammunition if you wished to chuck it at your neighbor.’
Initially, the video captured the Farmers Dog sign at the farm. As we proceeded, it showed a guest strolling through the farm store, disclosing the costs of various items available for purchase.

‘I went to Jeremy Clarkson’s pub and farm shop so you don’t have to,’ a voiceover states.
The video depicts that patrons of the pub are required to pay £2 for parking in a muddy area, sparking debate and disagreement among the audience.
The narrator informed viewers that following payment for parking, visitors would find a selection of expensive souvenirs that may ultimately wind up in the trash.
It subsequently displayed several items up for sale, among them was a Christmas candle priced at £22, emblazoned with the tagline: ‘Evokes the aroma of my Christmas ornaments.’
Or simply:
The display changed to show various goods for purchase, one being a £22 Christmas candle that smelled like Christmas ornaments.
It then turns to a stack of large pies on a countertop, ranging from large to extra extra large.
A big pie goes for only £46.15, but the super-sized one is currently discounted at an astonishing £200.
Also featured in the clip is a litre of milk in a glass bottle for £6.10.
Finally the clip reveals the toilet facilities – which are inside a shipping container.

The video describes this as a ‘construction site experience’.
Previously, the farm shop has been embroiled in controversy; it received numerous negative reviews due to lengthy lines for entry and allegations that their goods were overpriced.
It’s anticipated that Clarkson will be back on British TV screens shortly, with the imminent launch of season four of Clarkson’s Farm.
Amazon Prime Video’s hit documentary series chronicling daily farm life at Diddly Squat Farm in Chadlington has received approval for a fifth season, as confirmed by the ex-host of Top Gear last year.
Representatives for Clarkson were contacted for comment at the time.
