Kyle Gass Reveals Stunning Weight Loss and New Tour After Controversial Trump Joke!
On Thursday, Kyle Gass revealed his significant weight loss while making a significant announcement on the official Instagram account of Tenacious D.
64-year-old Jack Black, known for his role in Tenacious D, faced criticism last year due to a controversial joke he made concerning the attempted assassination of former U.S. President Donald Trump.
It was necessary for Jack Black, from the band Tenacious D, to postpone his Spicy Meat Ball Tour in both Australia and New Zealand.
Currently, Kyle is revealing plans for a three-man tour titled “The Kyle Gass Company,” featuring guitarist John Konesky and vocalist Mike Bray as fellow performers.
Fans shared their disappointment that Jack will not be featuring in the new tour in the comments.
Some wrote: ‘Wake me up when the D gets back together…..’,

‘We just want the D back together’,
‘how about you come back to australia and finish your tour’,
‘((WEAR THE HELL IS JACK?)) @jackblack’,
‘We’re not seeing Tenacious D again for a while are we’,
‘PLEASE COME BACK D’.
Kyle kicked started his fitness journey last year as he shared a snap of his progress on Instagram.
Originally from Walnut Creek, California, they attached the following hashtags to their post’s caption: “#OnwardProgressNotPerfection”, “#NoFoodTastesAsGoodAsFeelingThin”, and “#DailyExercise”.
The School of Rock star, 55, told fans in August 2024 that future creative plans were on hold.

‘I love Tenacious D… We had to take a break, but I love the D,’ he told Entertainment Tonight.
‘Everybody takes a break sometimes. We’ll be back,’ he added.
On the 14th of July, 2024, Tenacious D performed live in Sydney, Australia, whereupon bandmate Kyle Gass was surprised with a birthday cake on stage, prompting him to make a wish.
Gass replied: ‘Don’t miss Trump next time.’
The crowd mostly responded with cheering and laughing, with just a few disappointed reactions.
However, Gass was heavily criticised over the remark.
Later on social media, he apologized for his actions by stating that the off-the-cuff remark made during the performance in Sydney was completely unsuitable, potentially harmful, and an enormous blunder.
‘I don’t condone violence of any kind, in any form, against anyone.

It’s unfortunate that the events turned out as they did, and I deeply regret my poor decision-making. I extend my sincere apologies to everyone I have disappointed and feel genuine remorse for any hurt I may have inflicted.
The duo, Black and Gass, decided to postpone their band’s upcoming six concerts scheduled in Australia and New Zealand. They subsequently announced that they were putting their future creative projects on a temporary pause.
Gass’ remarks sparked a divided response on social media platforms, leading Kyle Sandilands to permanently ban Tenacious D from his radio program as a consequence of the comment.
On The Kyle & Jackie O show, radio personality Sandilands expressed his thoughts as follows: “A man has wished death upon Trump. Therefore, I, for one, will no longer take part in any future interviews with Tenacious D.
It deeply disturbs me when someone expresses a desire for another person’s demise, especially if the target of such wishes has narrowly escaped an assassination attempt. In essence, anyone harboring such thoughts is despicable and unworthy of respect.
